really pleased with this new HP, had my other one for 18 yrs worked great. Now I am enjoying this new HP Envy, very fast runs great.

This is a big upgrade from my last computer. Fast, effecient and easy to setup. I have a couple of old programs that i thought may not be compatible but they are running well.

I had been searching for a computer for a while due to a Windows 10 issue. I happened to come by this one while it was on sale. I purchased it and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I needed a computer that could handle multiple tabs for two different monitors for my work-from-home job, and it's handling it pretty well. It's a nice, solid quiet computer. I highly recommend it.

Overall very good, I've had other HP's before and satisfied with their performance. One time shortly after I bought this computer, while in sleep mode after not using the computer for more than 24 hours, I couldn't get the screen to come up easily. Clicking the keyboard or mouse didn't matter, I had to turn off the computer completely and turn on again. Maybe just a one off of a learning curve of mine but hasn't happened again so hopefully won't.

I love how compact and light this unit is. It don't take up much space. I also like the speed and storage space on the drive. Great find!

Have used it now for three weeks. It is fast and quiet with lots of USB ports. Video card is adequate but I am not a gamer. I transitioned from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Transferring files and programs to new computer is always a pain and littered with obstacle but I got it done over three days and everything working well now. Ordering on line and picking up in nearby store worked well.

Was an easy set-up for a non-techy guy like me. Plug and play shall I say, used my existing Microsoft 365 account everything synced up fast and quiet good looking unit.

The speed of this computer compared to my old unit is a HUGE IMPROVEMENT! This makes me go a lot faster with my emails, my work day to day, as well as my personal uses at home. It would normally take me 30 minutes to go thru all my emails in one day on my old machine, now i am done with them in mere minutes!

Pretty awesome specs for a $699 computer! I really wanted a 32 MB RAM setup, but the otherwise SAME computer with 32 MB RAM was $400 more! I couldn't justify the price differential, especially since I can buy the other 16 MB of RAM for under $100 and install it myself! This is my 3rd consecutive HP desktop; my previous one lasted a decade (and still functioned fine, albeit slowly).HP's are true workhorses. You can't go wrong!

Head over heels faster than the I5 this replaced. Easy set up too.

In general, I am very happy with the computer. I bought this to replace a laptop. I wanted more desk space, two larger monitors and a larger keyboard and this set up works well. There is no lag in the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse but I opted for a larger/better mouse as the one that came with the computer is rinky dink. This computer does have a larger SSD but I find it performs about as well as the laptop. Occasionally, the mouse gets a little jerky and some programs load slowly. I know this is not a high performance machine but I was surprised that it's not noticeably faster than the laptop. I also have issues with the monitors. There is only one HDMI input. The second monitor goes through a HDMI to USB adapter. The second monitor often does not "wake up" after the screens or computer has gone to sleep. I also have a lot of issues with virtual meetings, especially when sharing screens. It happens in Zoom, Google and MS Teams. The monitors will freeze up, go black and then turn back on. Sometimes it only happens once and sometimes it happens every few minutes. This also happens randomly when not in a virtual meeting so I suspect it has something to do with the monitors, HDMI cables or the adapter. I'll trouble shoot some different combinations when I get time but it is a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, it's a good computer that works and I feel like I got a good value with the combination of the computer and peripherals.

So far everything is working as it should. I was forced by Microsoft to purchase a new computer because they decided to quit supporting my 10, guess that's how they make money. My 10 is working fine for what I use it for. Sale's staff was knowledgeable and helpful @ Best Buy, and after a lot of shopping around and having to go thru returning a new one to Amazon that would not boot, I found this @ a great price.
