Great new Windows 11 computer - Fast and lots of memory. Would buy again. It is owrking well

Replaced a similar HP that lasted 8 years. Bummer today you pay more and get less. Only 1 HDMI port absolutely stinks. No reason not to include more except it requires a person to purchase a docking station in order to connect multiple screens. Giving 4 stars in the hopes this one lasts 8 years like the last one. But the reality is, it probably won't make 5.

Fast processor, very easy setup, great buy. Keyboard a bit small so purcased a different one.

So far everything is working as it should. I was forced by Microsoft to purchase a new computer because they decided to quit supporting my 10, guess that's how they make money. My 10 is working fine for what I use it for. Sale's staff was knowledgeable and helpful @ Best Buy, and after a lot of shopping around and having to go thru returning a new one to Amazon that would not boot, I found this @ a great price.

Machine looks great and seems to be working as it should. It fits well in the space I have it. Very easy to set up

I think it's a very good product for the price ($699 on sale) for an everyday desktop. I have had no issues, the only 2 things are the mouse that comes with it is worthless not a big deal to me but maybe some others, and not to have some kind of sound card are really the only two things and the sound card is not problem issue.

Unexpectedly needed to replace my computer and have had good luck in the past with HP. Should have paid more attention because I didn't realize there wasn't a slot for a second hard drive which I had planned to use for a backup drive. So far it's performing up to expectation and HP phone support helped me with some setup issues I had with my printer. So far / so good.

Great PC, Intel 7 is very fast. 16 GB is enough memory.

I bought this HP Envy desk top to replace a Lenovo bought back in 2015, time to up grade. Great computer, very fast. Still working thru all the features. Pleased with purchase thru Best Buy. Geek squad was very helpful transferring data from old to new and helped me understand a few concerns. Had to buy a new monitor as old one would not connect to new technology. All set now

Great computer for a at home office. Fast paced and easy to use or upgrade.

This has everything I like in a desktop. The convenience of multiple USB ports front and back and a slightly smaller size so it fits nicely on my desk. And with Best Buy Total Care (that I have had for many years now) as a senior citizen I am ready to go!

We had this item delivered. It was perfect right out of the box. The set up went smoothly. The keys on the keyboard are much easier to use than my old keyboard, Now we are all set with Windows 11. The tower takes up less space than my old one which is nice.

I enjoy my hp Envy desktop computer & the sales price helped, the geek squad at the store was very helpful with setting everything up and transferring everything from my old desktop to this newer one. I love using Best Buy to purchase my electronic needs as they always seem helpful and ready to assist in any way possible and that is what keeps me coming back.

We needed an economical desktop with plenty of storage and memory. This computer fit our requirements. So far so good.

Excellent and works well. I bought it for my office. It was easy to connect and install the required programs. It is fast and also good memory for storage

I had a Geek Squad member come out to my home and look at my present computer and suggested I upgrade to this one. It wasn't the most expensive option, and I appreciated the recommendation. I had to pick up the hard drive in the store and bring my old one to get the data moved over. There was a snag here. However, the manager came to help me as I was 8 months pregnant at the time. The staff got me a chair, and I was given a phone number to communicate with staff to expedite the job. They made a team effort to help me which I truly appreciate. All of the staff at the Geek Squad were stellar and I am just so grateful that they gave me service which helped ease my anxieties as I had a scheduled c section a week later.

My last computer was well past EOL, so I started researching and came across this one. It is reasonably priced, and works much quicker that my older i5. Setup was easy, and I like that it did not include a ton of bloatware. So far no issues. May add a dedicated video card to allow additional monitors, but for now it is everything I need.
