Purchased first computer and when I got it home it would not run. So Best Buy very responsive and sent me out a new system that is working great

Looked at HP and Dell mostly, went HP and so far so good. I wanted more memory than they currently had at the store. Ordered it online and picked it up in store no problems.

does a good job with photography (reason that I got it). Does pretty with browsing the net. There are problems with Windows 10 & some software.

I bought this particular pc for my mother. She mainly uses it for surfing. Works very well and is pretty quick. Video could be better though

I love this desktop. I previously had an all-in-one that had many issues so I finally had to buy a new computer. I have not once regretted buying this computer.

A very fast system for almost every user. With fast broadband a pleasure for the net. Shame that HP puts a cheap keyboard and mouse with a fine desktop computer.

I bought this to replace a 2 TB 16g Ram desktop I had (and loved) that died. This computer seems solid but is a bit glitchy and not fast at all. I'm a database developer so I have a lot of programs open at all times and this computer doesn't really seem to be able to handle that and my outlook. I'll keep it for the price and the memory but it's nothing to really be excited about. I would say by this for the memory only.

The desktop is a decent computer however, the majority of the games that I had on my older (8.1) computer won't play on this and if you download them, good luck on finding them.

I was reluctant to switch from Windows 7 to Windows 10, but with the wireless keyboard & mouse & simple to hook up & use instructions, I love my new HP

This is a quiet and efficient desktop for home computing- satisfactory performance so far.

We got a great price on this system and are using it to run our graphics design software on. System is very fast and perfectly suited for our needs.

My very old computer crashed and died and I was helped a lot in selecting a replacement. The new one was very easy to get to know and extremely fast.

Well worth what I paid for it I'll be using this computer for long time because of the storage capacity generation six I seven in the amount of memory

Does what it is supposed to--Windows 10 and its constant updates are a major annoyance, but that is not Best Buy's fULT.

we use this desktop for high level image processing and intense science data analysis and it runs smoothly no matter what software we run on it.

I like the ease of this computer over my old one that had Vista on it. I would have liked it to have a better keyboard.

This workstation has been working great under a heavy load. Of photoshop, lightroom and other demanding editing software.

only thing I don't like is where I have to plug in USB's - it is almost a blind insert - they could have placed them on the front - much better

Love the computer and monitor! Had to replace the keyboard - the one that came with the computer is the worst!!!!
