It's great for my everyday use. I mainly use TurboCAD and it does fine with the program. I did upgrade the video card and was able to run some games in ultra mode with no lag during game play. The only con I have with this computer is that it is slow in opening up applications.

I have had this computer for a couple of months now. It took a couple of days to understand Windows 10. I did have windows Vista before I bought this Envy. To my opinion its a wonderful computer. If you like to play games, its loaded with free games. You can buy games on here but I always just play the free stuff.

I love my new computer...I work from home and when my tech got into my new computer to set it up all he could say was WOW THIS IS NICE!! I have recommended Best Buys and this computer to several friends and family who were looking to buy. Again I love my computer and THE GEEK SQUAD are the BEST!

We had a great experience with the help we received, Katie in the Harrisburg, PA store was very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and helped us find what we were looking for. It was so nice to have someone take the time to explain things. There should be more employees like her!

Well, after a few weeks, I'm still wondering if I should have purchased a computer without windows 10...don't really like it, I'm trying to adjust. As for the Envy HP computer. I'll say this....the plug in's are on top, very inconvenient. The Greek Squad guy suggested I just leave my photo printer and phone download cords plugged in and stick them inside the cabinet and out of the way the best I could. Other wise you have to pull the tower out and hold it from falling on the floor and manage to plug it in! I wanted a computer that I could download pictures on to a CD. HP made a pretty inconvenient and flimsy disk burner. It comes out of the unit side ways, so it's hard to put in. In other words if you need a disk burner, look to another computer. If I had to do it over again, knowing what I know now I would not buy this unit. HP, I'm not happy with you!.

Seems to be a very nice tower. It was really easy to set up. It comes with wireless keyboard and mouse which work really well.. Got the unit on sale which made it even better.
