like i said the computer is great. Like the layout. It's Windows ten that is driving me NUTS. Maybe in six months when I learn how to use it it will be great. Right now all I can say is " What were they thinking?"

Computer works great. Did think it would process a little faster, but that could be my internet. Plug in ports on top are at a bad angle as someone else stated. They face towards the back which is inconvenient.

Same problem we had with our all in one. This one is slow to load programs and freezes more than it should. Kind of annoying when you use it strictly for work.

This was a tremendous upgrade from a 7 year old HP. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone who works from home. Great. capability.

I don't get into gaming too much anymore so this computer fit right into my current lifestyle. It has a good processor and an open PCI slot so I can always add a better video card later.

Wireless keyboard/mouse that comes with Envy package is worthless, poor quality. I would recommend the desktop to a friend, but not the keyboard/mouse. I have always had great luck with HPs!

Many people going with lap tops these days. However I really like the computing power and stabilty of this HP machine I would highly reccomend it if you are doing heavy usage and want a reliable machine....

I bought this for my wife for her use in her pet sitting. It has been a good purchase and I would recommend it to anyone. It has all the features needed and will be able to help her in the future.

The ports are not the most convenient. The cd slot Is cheap, definitely could have built something more secure.

I use this computer for work purposes it gets the job done but on occassion will lag longer than I feel it should. All in all though a good product.

I'm very happy with my purchase I prefer desktops over lap top because I use my smart phone when I'm out and about and I sure hope they are around when I need to update

this computer video does not work once the system times out the video. the monitor must be unplugged or the computer rebooted to turn on screen again.

I am pleased with the computer. However, I am unhappy that when I returned to Best Buy two weeks after purchasing the computer the price had been lowered by $100.00.

Computer working well with help with installation from the Geek Squad. Needed because Windows 7 could not handle 64 bit material on line.

I don't know what a one star review about being handicap has anything to do with a computer. This computer is fast and has a ton of memory,all it was missing is a descent graphics card. But for the price it was totally worth getting that separate. Set-up was a breeze, as soon as your on the internet it downloaded all the updated drivers thru the Hp program. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FAST AND EASY, THIS IS THE COMPUTER FOR YOU.

Issues with Microsoft Outlook but Geek Squad has resolved twice. Seems settings get corrupted when downloading Windows updates.

I replaced A Dell tower with this unit. Lots of good internet connectivity, computing power and good hard drive space!

It fulfills its function as a tool. I wish there was an option as to Windows 10.

Purchased this machine 4 days ago. Bought a 240GB Sandisk Plus SSD drive and immediately installed it in this machine when I got home. Thankfully, the salesperson knew enough to let me know that I would need to get a separate SATA cable in order to plug it into the motherboard. With the SSD drive, this is by far the fastest machine I've ever owned and I'm a software developer. The applications I have to run to do my job brings most computers to their knees. This computer runs those applications like a champ and asks for more work to do. I finally have a computer that can keep up with me and this is definitely the ONE! If you need a lot of horsepower for a more than reasonable price tag, this is the computer to buy.
