I was looking for a desktop in a medium price range and it had to have these features: a fast processor, a 2 TB hard drive, and especially a DVD/CD DRIVE and burner. This desk top had all these features and I really like it.

This is a fast computer. I highly recommend this computer for even everyday use.

Computer is very fast for everyday tasks. No lag above the normal Windows stuff. Highly recommended.

I do not like the sideway loading disc tray. It is very awkward to use and I am concerned about damaging the disc, the tray, and the retracting mechanism. I also am not fond of the extra USB ports being located at the top of the computer tower.

Having problems with a computer is not fun! This unit has made using a computer fun again.

Computer does exactly what it should do, It is much faster than my old (10 year old dual core vintage) computer. Only problem is that it uses a vertical mount dvd/cd drive that appears very flimsy; I prefer a horizontal tray mount drive.

I like everything about this Desktop. The speed is great, the overall performance is amazing. I bought the Desktop primary to do the Drawings using the AutoCAD. Finally I have everything I was looking for.

Good quality product that was easy to install and works as described.

Plenty of hard drive space and tons of memory makes this a great PC for work and play.

Did quite a bit of research before purchasing this desk top almost went with its little brother but went with this model. One month later and I'm still enjoying the speed and power. Really very happy

I'd give this computer zero stars if that was an option. I unfortunately was foolish enough to try a second computer when the first one had multiple issues that 3 calls to geek squad support and a 4 day repair at the store could not fix. BOTH computers had multiple video drivers errors, the USB ports would not recognize external drives connected over night, then would not eject them. Powering off the computer took between 15 and 70 minutes -- yes -- minutes. Sometimes it would restart instead of powering down. I also recently purchased an HP Envy laptop and have had absolutely no issues with that, but this model of the desktop is a total nightmare. Purchasing a similar Dell model instead. All of my desktops have been HP until this one -- no longer.

General maintenance is all required. It is fast and reliable. HP is all I have bought and I have never have been sorry. If you shop around and get the best buy for whats there. Some times you may have to wait.

Ok, so first I need to say that I did not read any online reviews about this specific product prior to purchasing. I read about the core processor but not much else. Now, the first unit I got was defective. First I had to bring it in and have Geek Squad reload the operating system (Windows 10) then the unit worked for one half day but would no longer even power up again. So I had to bring it back to the store once again (I had to go to the store a total of 6 times to finally get things running) and they tried to get me to let Geek Squad run diagnostics on it again but I pushed a bit and had the unit exchanged for another identical one. Now, this morning, I seem to be having trouble with the USB ports on the top front of the machine and plan to once again go back to the store and have Geek Squad take a look at this second unit. Best Buy employees have been ok to work with, but it is frustrating to have so many issues with a brand new computer straight out of the box. BTW, a few of my trips to the store were to get the proper cord adapters to hook up my old printer and monitor. In that case, I did have some issues with staff because I told the original salesperson that I would be hooking old equipment up to the desktop and at no time was I told I would need adapters. Then when I went back to buy adapters a staff "expert" sold me the wrong ones. When I returned the wrong adapters and went back to look for the correct ones, the same "expert" once again tried to sell me the incorrect product and even told me the store did not have what I told him I needed. I eventually found the correct adapter for the monitor in the store so the expert was wrong twice on that issue. I had to go to a local specialty store to get the correct printer adapter. My best suggestion would be to have Geek Squad fully check out the product before you leave the store with it if you decide to buy.

I purchased this machine to use at work for service tracking , inventory and daily logs this machine is ready to rock out of the box and 2 displays in its stock configuration I added a 6 port video card and pushing 6 displays with the ability to push up to 8

I thought long and hard before buying a new desktop PC over a laptop one. This model really delivers. It's gorgeous and lightning fast. It'll be hard to use all the disk space... and I'm a photographer, so I have lots of big files.

Excellent response time. Tons of storage. All in all a great unit.
