Great gaming PC has a lot of useless software installed but the overall performance IS AMAZING and the unwanted software can easily be removed without issues.

    Sound Issues

While the PC itself is fast, the issues with the Beats Sound is frustrating. First the sound did not work out of the box. There was an issue with software settings, then when the PC goes into sleep mode and you awakening the PC the sound stops working. You are forced to reboot the PC in order to get the sound to work again. I have had 2 different Envy Phoenix models sent to me by HP and both have had the same problems and HP Support has no answers. Sending the tower back, will try another gaming PC.
