HP Envy x360 is a great touch-screen laptop! The Best Buy Geek Squad successfully transferred everything off our old laptop to our new HP laptop. Also, with an appointment, the technician was helpful & knowledgeable with answering questions about the laptop. The HP shortcuts are helpful in reading emails, selecting the internet, & keeping track of life on the calendar!

My previous HP computer took me through 7 years of high school and college. This was a much needed upgrade to my old device. With a fast processor, backlit keyboard and amazing display this computer does everything needed and then some. Although I don't do any gaming, this computer has been able to handle everything I have thrown at it.

This laptop is truly amazing. The processor, ram, screen size, the way it feels, everything is just really great. It has all the bells and whistles that one could need for a sturdy, reliable, high performance laptop. The speakers sound really great too! Easy set up and start. Slow until fully loaded but great after!

This laptop is very nice. It was the first one I used that could also be used as a tablet. Very cool! It gets everything done without slowing down. I usually have multiple tabs open and run different programs. My only complaint is that the webcam doesn't work most of the time, but I think this is just a wiring issue with laptops since they are in the lid.

This laptop was a recommendation at the store. Our previous 2-1 laptop by Asus had been burgled and we needed a replacement. This laptop has some weight but the full size keyboard with 10 key is exactly what my wife was looking for. The screen is clear, but it is not as bright as some higher priced laptops. The keys have a light up feature which is nice. The battery life seems reasonable but we are only casual users, and most of the time the laptop is plugged in. Set up is easy, but it does come with bloat ware from HP which could be deleted. The tablet function feels sturdy, but with the size of the keyboard it does feel a little odd in hand. The hinges seem like a nice design to make folding easy.
