It's a nice laptop. However, I'm old schooled. I prefer the ability to change the battery. Now everyone had to get special service for the most common of mistakes

I really enjoy my new Envy. The lighted keyboard is truly one of the best features for someone who has limited vision at times. I had several requirements related to my purchase of the Envy. The salesperson met every requirement and I am glad I took the time to listen to the information he provided.

I needed a new laptop and I was familiar with the HP's, so I did the research and bought this one. It's good sized, has a very nice display and is touch screen, so it works for me! Windows 10 takes a little getting used to, but that's not the computers fault! I would recommend it for the price.

This doesn't have any bells and whistles, just use it for my work as a virtual classroom assistant. Works well for my needs.

I like the hp laptop - nice features, size, weight. I am still not a fan of windows 10, and I feel it detracts from the performance of an otherwise nice machine.

I'm very happy with this new device. I like the fact that I can switch from PC mode to tablet mode. It works quite fast. Overall, happy with this product.

I bought this laptop for my spouse to use. Touch screen usage is so friendly. My PC & iPad 2 are touchscreen, as is my iPhone 6s. Laptops have come a long way.

I purchase this computer for my husband . He like that can fold into a tablet . He also that the weight is light.

I like the touch screen feature on this laptop. When I first started to use it I was using the mouse pad and realized it was easier to touch the screen

It is a fast computer w little to no problems, although the fan is quite loud on it and the mouse can get glitchy. Overall a good computer though.

I love this laptop! I only use it for school and it does everything I need it to do. The touch screen and tablet switch is so cool. The quality is amazing.

For the price this computer has a great graphics card and hard drive. Works great, love the touch screen and 360 degree screen turn capability. The only thing I'm not too fond of is when you go to open the laptop it's a bit difficult (like I may scratch the screen while opening)

Very easy to use. The 2 in 1 feature is great. Makes it convenient when playing games. Also great for work and for just relaxing watching movies.

Bought this for my grandson and he loves it! He starts college in the fall and needed an up to date computer with all the bells and whistles and this one fits the bill. Good value for all the features it has. Love the touch screen and the ability to highlight, etc. Perfect for a student.

Not a powerhouse but if all you need is web surfing and minor computing, then it does the job. Upgraded to a solid state drive and it significantly improve the performance and expanded the functionality of the machine. However, had a fail during the first AMD update and I had to take it to a tech to have it reset to factory and started all over. Perhaps it was a glitch only in my machine but def not something that should happen to a pc less than a month old.

Bought this HP laptop after my Gateway laptop that I had for a year and a half stopped working. I went to the store, and by far this laptop had all the features and capabilities I had, not to mention it was one of the best looking laptops out there. The one complaint I have is that it reboots itself for no reason. Still trying to figure that out. But overall, a good laptop. Sound is great, awesome 1080p picture, slim, lightweight size. A good computer.

This is the best HP laptop I have ever purchased. It is fast and works great. No problems out of the box and setup was the smoothest I have ever done.

I am absolutely loving it. Have not had a single complaint about it so far, Even my friend that is an apple product only person liked it a lot. The touchscreen and light up keyboard work amazing for when I'm doing homework at night or when I watch hulu/netflix in between classes.

This computer is great for someone in high school. Nice and thin to fit in a backpack
