Great computer for editing gaming. My kids use it to edit mine craft videos that will ultimately be placed on YouTube.

I have loved my purchase. No issues for over a year until the speaker started going out a few months back. It still works great.

Its actually a good laptop at that price, best for meduim users The Sound is awesome with the limited edition speakers AMD processor is actually awesome..!

The laptop is great, I love everything about it. However, there was a problem with the fan. But warranty covers, besides that everything works perfectly.

I've had the same laptop for 9 years and had to get a new one. This hp envy is fabulous so far. I'm still learning windows 10 but the laptop is better than expected as it had some nice surprises that I wasn't aware of upon purchase.

this was my first computer purchase in over 5 years. I was a lil nervous about setting it up but it was very easy and love the keyboard, and everything.

I purchased this product two months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. The sound didn't work. It shut down without cause, and now it has failed the system test. This was the first time purchasing a PC in years, and now I know why I'll always use Apple products only. The customer service was also horrible at HP.They were not helpful and only tried to sell me more products. Now, I'm stuck with a computer that's not functioning. It's infuriating.

Overall, I like the computer. The only downside is that it has software program I would like to remiove. It constantly pops up telling me I have updates.

so far everything Is great, but I didn't realize that there was no DC dive until I got it home because there was not one on display at the store

I bought this computer only to supplement my desktop. To occasionally surf the net and load some pics and videos off my phone. So far I have no problems

Great laptop for media consumption and light photo editing work. Battery life is decent, screen is very bright and vibrant at 1080p. The Bang & Olufsen speakers enrich the media experience and the foldable display turns this into a powerful tablet giving 2 products in 1.

I liked the touch screen features but the processor and 360 rotation feature did not work as expected.

Light easy handling.. number tap a plus - sound is good and colors graphics are true. Had it month and needed a Geek tine-up - EXCELLENT services

My first experience going from PC desktop to a laptop and I am impressed. The best part of the deal was the 1 year Geek Squad membership. They know how to help me make the most of this computer. The hardware is great but without the Geeks, I would still be watching tutorials.

It's seems to be a great lab top. But it is slow sometimes, might have to bring it in for service. CSR were unhelpful at the time of purchase.

I had not planned on buying this brand when I went to the store but now I am glad we got this product

I really just needed a new computer to pay bills and boring stuff and whatnot. But I'm finding that this computer has a lot more to offer and is capable of a few new tricks. I will definitely be trying out more things and exploring more creative outlets with it
