So far everything with this laptop is great. It's fast, it's light weight, and super responsive. It does come with windows 10, but you can't hold that against the laptop.

Nothing wrong with computer...I only r took it back because I wanted a different one with a DVD/ CD...I recommend this computer if you want some really great features, like touch screen and flexible ways to view the screen...

Really like this laptop! The screen is large and clear, the keyboard feels good, the laptop is thin and semi light. Its a good compromise from the Intel processor model, and I prefer the charcoal color to the metallic silver.

This computer is great for the price. It's a 2 in 1 so it's also a touch screen. I haven't played around with it enough to provide pros and cons. However, I do have an issue with "sleep mode." When you select sleep mode, and come back to it later, it won't come out of sleep mode. You have to manually shut down and turn on the computer. So, the purpose is defeated.

My daughter's notebook/tablet cracked and malfunctioned before Christmas so we purchased her this laptop as her Christmas/birthday gift for her last 2 years of high school and to take her into college for all 4 years. It is a great laptop, many features, some technical especially since she is thinking to be a Chem Engineer it has some very specific elements for that major. The lite up keyboard is great for her to do her homework at night (and in the dorm room when the time comes to not bother her roomie). She particularly likes that the number keypad is separate from the letters. She loves the feel of it and is so thrilled with everything about it. Got a great deal and even got $50 back since the price dropped after Christmas. Very, very happy with it!

I needed a good reliable computer for work purposes so I went to my go to place. Best Buy. This works great for me after I learned how to navigate the new program. It is light weight and easy to handle. Love it so far

I like its flexibility! Lit keyboard is helpful during early morning/late nights. Short battery life.

I find this laptop user friendly. Reviews stated this type ran hot, but the LT that I have does not.

This 2 in 1 is a great computer! The hinges seem very sturdy and should hold up. Performance is very good with plenty of storage, nice graphics and great sound! Should be great for my daughter in college.

my new laptop is lighter than the one I had, which is good, because I do carry it around a lot. It's very versatile in that it can be used as a tablet also. You can choose touch screen or not.

It's been an up and down experience with this laptop. The concept is interesting...I was intrigued with the concept of a 2-in-1 tablet laptop. HP built a solid machine for the most part. The transition to tablet mode is pretty robust. The keyboard is both tactile and comfortable, with the lighted keys making it easy to see in the dark. The reason why I provide a 3 star rating is that I had to exchange the laptop due to the mouse trackpad being loose and the colors on the display being washed out. The trackpad issue was resolved with the second laptop, however, the color on the display was slightly improved. I have been having issues with the auto-rotate not always working (found to be a Windows issue) and I am encountering crackling/popping noise coming from the speakers. From what I have been reading, it may be an issue with Windows 10 and/or the audio driver. Overall, I am content with my purchase and hopefully I can resolve the issues I have encountered.

I was looking for a decent looking laptop with some power for everyday use for my wife and some quick Lightroom edit when we travel but didn't want to pay the Intel i7 price tag. Found this laptop with nice design, beautiful IPS 1080 screen, decent speed. With AMD, it seems to generate more heat than intel so I can hear the fan running when running some intensive applications. Otherthan that, it's a nice laptop overall.

Great performance, light gaming, beautiful display, runs hot at times but nothing abnormal.

my daughter needed a lap top for her school work. This one was perfect, has everything she needs, she loves the touch screen and the lighted keypad and how light weight it is. Great buy! So glad we got it!!

I do a little gaming and editing and this laptop I'd fantastic. Graphics are amazing and you can also switch it depending on what you're doing. I just recommend getting a fan it tends to overheat

I NEEDED A NEW LAPTOP AND PURCHASED THIS ONE. IT CAN BE TURNED TO MANY DIFFERENT ANGLES WHICH REPRESENT AN UPSIDE DOWN "V". IT ALSO HAS A TOUCH SCREEN, WHICH I FOUND THROUGH A FRIEND AT A CONFERENCE. THE SALES REP MADE NO MENTION OF THIS BEFORE I PURCHASED THE LAPTOP. SHE WAS A YOUNG GIRL AND OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T CARE TO BE AT WORK THAT DAY OR THATS WHAT I PICKED UP THROUGH HER EXPLANATION OF THIS ITEM BEFORE PURCHASING THIS NICE LAPTOP. IT HAS A DECENT SOUND CARD WHICH CAN BE TURNED UP IN A LARGE ROOM AND STILL BE AUDIBLE FOR PRESENTATIONS. THE HDMI PLUG HELPS TO PUT VIDEOS ONTO A POWER POINT PRESENTATION AS WELL FOR BETTER VIEWING OF VIDEOS.I WOULD RECOMMEND H-P PRODUCTS ABOVE MOST OTHER BRANDS.

I got this for my daughter who is in high school she loves it the only thing she didn’t like was the fact that it didn’t have cd drive. The ease of use and the touch screen is great.

I purchased this laptop when my 9 year old HP laptop finally died last month. For the price, it is a good value and appears to be functioning great. I am not a gamer, so I cannot speak to its use in that capacity. For my browsing and general home computer use, it is very efficient and fast loading. I also use a Dell laptop with an Intel I7 processor and notice no difference in speed for general computing.
