Love this laptop. It's light, powerful and sleek. Lots of memory and fast, with 16G of RAM. Nice design too.

Great pc with everything I was looking for. I love the touch screen option and the 360 capability. The processor is blazing fast abyss the USB type c transfers data to my external SSD at lightning speeds. Just wish the version I bought had an SSD instead of the HDD. Plenty of RAM for any task and even worth the on board graphics there's still 4 GB to the GPU. All in all, equal to if not better than the Mac book pro which costs 3x as much

I wanted a super light unit for easy portability with an ssd drive but I wanted the latest and greatest. In the end I went for practicality without a small screen so I could easily present 1:1 at business meetings. Can't say I'm unhappy! It's fast and it has everything (minus the ssd). It's still pretty light but large and easy to see. It has 10-key and is easy to type on. Other important features to me.

I really did not need another laptop. Back in July 2016, I knocked my HP 14 inch laptop with an I5 processor off the dining room table, onto chair, and then it landed on the hardwood floor, Needless to say, it was a goner. I had had it for almost 6 years. To replace it, I found a good deal on HP Pavilion x360 13.3 inch with an I3 processor. I really missed the speed of the I5, but I was content with what I purchased. On Black Friday, I purchased myself a 14 in HP laptop with an I5 processor with a backlit keyboard from another retailer. I did not open the box because I had until January 14th to return it. I started researching HP's website, and I found several Envy laptops offered by HP that could be purchased directly from HP. I found this laptop on sale (although not as good as the Black Friday price Best Buy was offering). When I bought the 13.3 laptop, the x360 feature/2-in-1 feature was probably at the bottom on my list for feature. I already own an iPad and several Nooks from Barnes & Noble. However, the x360/2-in-1 began to grow on me. I liked the backlit keyboard on an HP laptop I purchased for my wife for Christmas. I am very happy with this laptop. I have not realty put it to the test yet, but I will. I have an HP backpack that I carry both this laptop, a 15.6 and my 13.3 laptop together. I also have a charger cord, pens, laptop supplies (USB drives, mouse, etc.), and other cords for other devices (iPhone, Nook, etc.). The bag is not too heavy, even with all that stuff.

Doesn't work with an active stylus

It's inexpensive, fast, but I didn't like it heating up really fast. I also have an Asus gaming laptop, and it never heats up, you won't even hear the sound of the fan, on this one, you can clearly hear the fan sound very loud at least to me it sounded like that compared to Asus. Asus never heated up and this laptop does unless it is on a hard surface. The ventilation on it is in the bottom instead of being around it in the back, so you can't put it down on a carpet or anything like that, the ventilation would get blocked. It's a great laptop but it felt a little flimsy compared to the Asus gaming laptop. Also, the sound is not as loud. Asus laptop has very good speakers and it sounded super loud, this laptop, however, doesn't, if you're near the laundry and it's working you can't hear anything coming out of the laptop. It doesn't work with an active stylus, only the capacitive stylus works with it, you can use your fingers but not the active digitizer. I was told that it would but when I bought the stylus for it, it didn't recognize the stylus, later I was told that since this is the latest model it wouldn't work with an active stylus. It's a bit heavy, but not as heavy as a gaming laptop. The power cord is good on this laptop, I like the power cord, it's long but it has a grounding plug, you can't use the regular extension unless you have a power extension with a grounding adapter.

    Fast Laptop, No Lag

Over the past few months I've been buying 3-4 laptops and returning it because I didn't like it. I tried out the latest Windows Surface Pro, and the Acer Aspire in hopes that it would fit my needs but it was either too slow or just too "stuffy" or plastic if you know what I mean. I was just about to give up but decided to exchange for the HP Envy. It was a totally spontaneous move and I actually looked up reviews "afterwards" haha. I can confidently say that this laptop totally hit the sweet spot and I know i will use this for a long time. The keyboard is amazing and the build feels solid. You can have specs and flashy ads stuffed down your throat when looking at electronics but it all comes down to how you FEEL using it. The HP Envy makes me feel insanely productive, with little details like the light, clicky keyboard and just a fast start up overall. After using a few laptops, I am very well aware of how impatient I can get with lags and just frozen browsers in general but for the first time I am pleasantly surprised that this computer doesn't lag at all no matter how many tabs I run. The convertible screen was a must since my most used laptop was a lenovo yoga 3 and Envy just executes this feature flawlessly. Screen is sturdy and is wide enough for some very enjoyable movie sessions in Tent mode. Overall, it a fantastic laptop for the price and I will be sticking with this for a long time!

I love this 2 in 1 laptop. It's the first HP that I've owned and have been very pleased so far. The only thing I would change about it would be the color. I love the touch screen! It is very fast and the battery lasts a long time without having to be plugged in. My son likes to use it for homework since it is so fast . It was the least expensive laptop I have bought and yet the best so far.

I purchased the computer on sale so I figured I got it for a decent price. I was looking for a laptop that had a 10 key on the keyboard and this one fit the bill. All of the other ones just didn't feel right but this one looked great and felt great. So far it has been performing well.

I love this laptop, it's nice, it has decent space and speed and the price is excellent. Never gets hot, even when I had it on all night downloading and plugged in, stayed cool. Battery had a good length. Very glad I got this instead of the usual desktop I always get. Would totally recommend it, great for beginners and advanced.

Very fast and large memory so I am never waiting.TouchScreen is so convieneint. Turning it into a pad for games and entertainment is awesome. The best laptop I have ever owned.

Nice screen and touch pad. Battery power seems to be good.the proprietary charging cord concerns me a bit in case it gets lost, but the functionality is fine. There does seem to be some excessive fan noise at times, but I have read that adjustments can be made for that. Great price for the amount of ram, size of HD.

I was looking for a new computer for school and fell across this gem. It's specs were above my IT requirements while still being really affordable. I love how it is a two in one as a laptop and tablet which can come in handy during presentations. Nice large screen while still being fairly light weight.

this laptop works fast, much faster than my old laptop. it has the 7th generation core i7 processor with 16gb memory. i would say it is more than enough for a student like me. the only one thing that is a little bit annoying is the fan. it can get pretty loud when you run several apps at the same time.

Screen is jumpy on internet games, sometimes the touch screen doesn't want to work so I have to use mouse pad, which is ok. I can go 5-7 hours without a charge, multitasking with several tabs open. Also accomodates VN's. This is a Windows 10 system, and the only reason I have it is to run my accountant's software and other things which do not run on an Ubuntu platform, so my hubby added a VN so I could operate Ubuntu for everyday use.
