Refurbished is the way to go. Save some money on a good product. The Laptop has been great. No complaints. It is not a High end machine but will work for most tasks.

So far this laptop is great.It is extremely fast and the graphics are amazing. I am very surprised I was able to get such a great product at such a great price. I am definitely pleased with my purchase

I like the HP laptop, I have purchased them before. The guts of the PC have excellent items. Its the Win 8.1 that will drive you mad! Keep away from WIN 8 and you may be happy. I like the hard drive size, the DVD drive, and the speeds. I got this refurbished and it works well.

I felt a little hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop, but I wasn't disappointed. It's a great computer. I really like it. It's quick and dependable. I use it to do transcription work which means I rely on the sound system and the keyboard a lot. I'm satisfied with the quality of the sound. The keyboard is easy to type on. I did have a problem with the zoom feature while typing. The zoom would change by itself while typing, but I just adjusted the mouse features and un-checked pinched zoom and two-finger scrolling and that fixed the problem. The touch pad does work fine but I bought a mouse because I don't like using a touch pad. Overall, I would recommend this laptop.

Got this laptop for my daughter who needed something for school. The price was within my budget and it gives her lots of storage space to do what she needs.

This is a great computer for my needs typing...Internet and social media and YouTube. .However the mouse pad is hype sensitive. A slight touch can increase or decrease the fonts and icons.

Everything is alright but it was a mark of a sticker took off previously. But anyway, it's a good PC for the price.

The price was right so I purchase two, one of which was a gift. I and the person I gifted are quite satisfied.

This laptop sucks. It was too slow that we had to return it back after 5 days. Even switching tabs in browsers would take 4-5 seconds.

I loved this laptop for what i needed it for. The only down fall was that my WiFi card went out the second day I had it. i had to use an Internet cord the a WiFi stick until I got windows 10. I suggest to everyone to get it. windows 10 fixed my WiFi card and made everything faster.
