Computer has everything I wanted lots of gigs, memory, cd disc drive, good price BUT the updates can take up to an hour or more sometimes make sure you change that setting to update when you have time and not at all computer shut downs

Purchased for son in college. Nice big screen, well designed keyboard area. A little slower than I expected, but still very functional.

Hi, At first glance it was pretty good and especially good for personal use if you have not plans of carrying too frequently, after installing win 10 the clarity of the screen and look of laptop is pretty good. Using HP for first time but i liked it.

laptop has all necessary work essentials (DVD/RW, nice RAM, nice processor, nice hard drive, etc) except for pre-loaded Microsoft office software. big screen and is very light. good, solid laptop for every day use and/or home office

The design and layout of this laptop is excellent. My daughter is very pleased, so much so that she won't even let me use it! Upgraded to Windows 10 right away, and liked it.

Just like many of you, i was skeptical of buying a refurbished product. The Laptop came in as if it was Brand New and earlier then expected! I highly recomened it to anyone who needs a quick laptop for class or just one to have around the house.

This refurbished laptop is perfect and top drawer. I love Best Buy open box or refurb as they come with full factory warranty and never a problem in over a decade. What not needs to be said.

Don't let it being refurbished scare you. It is a great laptop. You also have the option to upgrade to windows 10 for free.

I read the reviews and felt like I made a good purchase. However, as much as I like the laptop, it was just too slow for me. I had to return it and go with an i3 processor
