I purchased this laptop for my daughter because she was always using mine when I needed it. I liked that it came with Windows 8 because of the app-like setup. She has enjoyed the laptop and has had no issues with it. I also like that they included the virus protection with it. For the money, it was a great purchase.

I gifted this to my friend's father. He loves this laptop. He is using this laptop for browsing and skype.

When I received my laptop it was in excellent condition, in other words it appeared brand new! Although having to get use to the Windows program is going to be a challenge but, overall I love the new laptop and would recommend anyone with small change in their pocket not to be afraid and save with refurbished items. I'm not afraid anymore! :)

This is a very good value for the price. The computer is fast enough to do everything my son will need and I can't tell this refurbished model from a brand new one.

Don't download the "free" anti virus software unless you want a virus, get spammed and have to call Geeksquad.

I brought this for my son. It was a very good price and so easy to set up. He can take it anywhere with him. Very easy to figure it out, even if you haven't worked with window before.

I love my laptop except for one thing. The Internet will works okay and then suddenly stops. It's fine for days or weeks, then it acts up. All other devices never have this problem and I had Internet checked and it works great. So I know its the laptop. I've done all the updates and even checked for driver update and this doesn't resolve problem.

Not happy with windows 8 the laptop is in great shape and very happy with best buy. great deal and great service. the recharge cord didnt work and best buy change it right away. Will always use best buy.

Had to take it back to the store to have it repaired, after having it less than one day, because none on the installed apps would open. Ended up returning it and getting a refund. I will never buy another refurbished computer again, not from anyone.

Windows 8 is a little rough to navigate but a good deal.

I bought this computer to take with me for I travel a lot & needed something to download my pictures on..This was a refurbished computer & I never had any problems with refurbished items. This computer had all the features that I was looking for and the price was great.

This computer has never worked right and now that the holidays are over i will be figuring out how to get my money back for it. Slowest, most frustrating machine I've used in years.

Definitely a good purchase, no single problem at all, perfect for school or college work.
