A good system if you want it for regular PC work. Like checking your E-Mails and word processing. Not good for gaming online.

I really don't like this computer I had a Toshiba that I loved for 8 years. This HP keeps freezing since day 1. I was hoping I'd get used to it. I have to keep restarting it because of it freezing. When I was writing this review it FROZE. unbelievable. I'll give it to the kids and get a new Toshiba.

I bought this computer refurbished. The old software {anti-virus} was still loaded on there from the previous owner, along with other stuff. I tried to remove the software to load my own on and I couldn't. So I called the Geek Squad and talked to a tech. He hooked up to the computer online and couldn't get it off himself. I ended up bringing it back and buying another computer.

This Laptop is Horrible I would not Advise anyone to buy this I had to reset is to factory settings several times since I got it. This laptop Freezes all the Time for No Reason. There is nothing great about this laptop I could not even write this review because it froze on me.

Whatever they programed this laptop with makes it continually place pop ups for services that we don't need or want. We tried everything to make it stop but they didn't and we choose to return or exchange it but we were few days past the 30 days at that point

I bought this laptop for general purpose use - basic word processing, small to medium sized spreadsheets, email and browsing the internet. I was a little concerned about it being refurbished, as I've had some bad luck with refurbished products before (even though they're supposedly certified), but Best Buy has always accepted returns without a problem, so I took a chance and purchased this product. So far it's worked out perfectly - the laptop does exactly what I needed to have done, at a very reasonable price.

This is a GREAT computer, especially for it's price. Bought this last month, and it's amazing. Refurbished but looked absolutely brand new and works like new. Easy set up and easy to adjust to (good for high schoolers too... Mentioning considering I'm about to be a junior in high school)
