I've been using a Mac for the past several years and bought this as a back-up so my only complaint as this stage focuses on Windows 8 - not intuitive or user-friendly in my opinion...

high speed, powerful computer

Refurbed HP had faulty internal wiring issue

Battery would not charge so returned it to store and was told the wiring must be bad/faulty causing the battery to not charge when plugged into an outlet. It was as if the computer battery wasn't recognizing the charge. Geek Squad employee advised us to return the computer as it would cost more to fix it than replace it.

great everything nothing messes up

Not only does Best Buy gain with fixing a computer and then selling it back, but also the consumer gets a great computer at a really great price.

SOLID LAPTOP

Worst experience ever!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I turned it on it just to find out that it wouldn't connect to the wireless internet, it kept asking me for an Ethernet cable. But the biggest problem came when it started running out of battery. I connected the charger cable and it didn't work at all. I went to the store the next day and the geek squad checked it. They told me that it was something that they couldn't fix and that I had to return it. It was so frustrating after all I had to wait for it.
