Needed anther computer in my home - have 2 teenagers, and after dinner is homework time, when everyone needs to use MS Office, check email, websites, etc. Wanted something portable, easy to use, and good value for above work. This computer has been very helpful. Also, has DVD burner and SD card reader, so good for multimedia as well.

It is good for its price. I enjoy using it and it handle well.

My first refurbished purchase from bestbuy and I can't complain about it! Its a good bargain. For $319 a touchscreen core i3 4GB laptop? couldn't ask for more. On the top, its touchscreen!! My assistant use it at work everyday for ecommerce updates, data entry, MS office and other light office work.

WHEN I ORDER THIS LAPTOP THEY SAID ITS GOING TO BE DELIVER IN 6 BUSINESS DAYS BUT I GOT IT ON THIRD DAY AFTER I ORDER SO THATS A GOOD THING. REST THE LAPTOP IS IN PERFECT CONDITION DESPITE THE FACT IT WAS REFURBISHED LOOKS LIKE ALMOST NEW AND PERFORM MUCH BETTER THAN I HAD BEFORE WHICH IS AN ACER

The machine was an awesome deal. It would have cost much more at full retail. Everything works great. Having Windows 8.1 is very nice since it sync's email accounts, music, OneDrive, and desktop with my Windows 8 tablet and work laptop via my microsoft account. Speakers have good sound.

I have the worse time with this computer. I got my first touch screen and I have so many problems with it. The touchpad works incorrectly and sticks, I never use the touch screen because it works funky. The screen bounces when I type. I have had to troubleshoot constantly that I can not list or remember all of the problems I have had with it. I just bought this recently and want to purchase a new one soon. FYI: I keep computers for years when I purchase them, I don't upgrade constantly so this is very disappointing.

if you need a good basic laptop then this is a nice choice, it was affordable, and has some nice features (like a touchscreen).

The computer was a gift. The recipient was thrilled. It does all they need it to do, and more. Great value at a good price.

Love this laptop. Works great, even though it is refurbished. Still learning the windows 8 OS. Good tutorials for that.

I purchased this laptop less than a week ago, and it arrived yesterday. However, during the startup, I couldn't type my Gmail address because the G, H, and Backspace keys weren't working. I returned it this morning after being told it would take 2-3 weeks to fix. This is my second "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" return in less than a month. I'm not sure what kind of QC Geek Squad is performing prior to shipping out there "Refurbished" laptops, but it's failed twice. I wouldn't recommend anything refurbished from Geek Squad, but if you do purchase, ship to the store so you don't have to wait a day to return it.

just testing this h/p all in one computer, I feel in love. it's exactally what I've dreamed of. h/p is one of my favorite computers as far as working on a computer. I've been away from a computer since my last Dell laptop from Best Buy, here in Chico. Its been at least 6 months since I've worked on a computer so I'm kind of rusty. Love this product and price.
