This is the best lap top that I have ever purchases. Very fast with a lot of features.

When the computer came, the touch screen would not work.

This might have been a good buy if it worked aas advertised. The WIFI could not work or connect to strong signal. I took it back to local store and they couldn't make it work either. They took it back and I bought another brand which which was new for just a little more money. surprise surprise it worked as designed. I will not ever buy a Geek Squad refurbished item again it is just a waste of time and effort.

Didn't have advertised computer on the premises. First said I could buy floor model, then said wait while I doublew check, then 15 minutes later comes back onto the floor to say I cannot buy the floor model. Nothing comparable available. Then had to go to front of store to order a computer, then had to wait to get it. This computer is slower than expected. What makes me mad is that I checked with them and the product description to make sure windows was loaded. Turns out it wasnt!!!! I'm absolutely disappointed in this entire experience. You had a chance to win me back and failed miserably.

I bought two of these laptops from Best Buy about a month ago. I bought them to be used as both personal and business. When I first loaded up the laptops for the first time I was amazed with how fast they were, and the touch screen is just an amazing added bonus. The graphics are amazing especially for those of us who enjoy Netflix or using the TWCTV app. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a laptop that is well packed with features and performance. Absolutely an amazing value, and more than what I had expected and at $500, the price is amazing as well!

The HP is not really a bad deal, would be great to get it a lower price, but the touch screen (if you care) is a good addition and 6gb Ram is not a bad treaty, if you are looking for a Laptop for gaming and other hard tasks this is not a recommended but still runs decent with the Intel I3. Optimized this laptop just tweak a little bit and you will enjoy a faster experience!

Great for word processing or anything else you may want to do off line, but worthless on Wifi. BestBuy is unable to help if you don't double the cost of the computer and buy dork squad protection. HP tech support will tell you it cant be a hardware issue because that's covered at their expense so you have to buy a software service subscription from them to find that it is actually a hardware problem. I'm buying another computer, not from BestBuy, and It IS NOT going to be an HP.

This laptop crashed in less than 3 months and was not able to be repaired. BB issued a store credit but now there are no computers comparable to this one for the same price.

I love my laptop. Great for use anywhere to do my work
