Honestly will never purchase an HP ever again. This does have large hard drive and was my primary reason for purchase as I have maybe 100GB of music. I have never visited any questionable websites or adult content on this computer. Never downloaded free music etc. this computer is frustratingly slow. It is completely incapable of multitasking. If you have word or excel open and want to quick google something, better pull out your phone because this pos can’t navigate apps or programs for the life of it. Avoid this waste of money.

First, the positives. Touch screen is amazing, processor runs great, and its very light. Now for the negatives. The touchpad is the worst touch pad that I have ever had the misfortune of attempting to use (you will want to get a mouse to go with this lap top). The worst part about this lap top, however, is the faulty Wi-Fi adapter. It has just recently begun to go off and online, and was only able to be fixed by completely restarting the computer. However, now even that is not enough to fix it; the lap top does not even recognize anymore that it has Wi-Fi capabilities and says that it requires an Ethernet cable in order to connect to the internet. I am going to be taking it into my local Best Buy later this week for them to look at it since I have only had it for 2 months, so it will be covered by the 1 year limited warranty since it's a refurbished Geek Squad inspected product. I'm hoping they can just replace the Wi-Fi adapter, because I would still very much like to keep it, but only if this doesn't become a routine issue.

This is my 3rd HP laptop I've purchased since 2004. It is by far the best one I've owned (so far). I've had this for almost a week & a half & no major complaints. The mouse pad does take some getting use to. I believe it's more me than the equipment. I've has to reset the mouse settings a few occasions when the calibration seems out of alignment & the cursor doesn't move or moves too far across the screen. The screen resolution is superb. It's super quiet & the processor runs "cool" all the time with HP CoolSense. It boots-up very quickly & reliably. The backlit keyboard feature works extremely well. It is also very lightweight compared to previous laptops I've owned. The battery life works as advertised. HP & Microsoft both constantly monitor program updates without compromising performance, versatility or speed. Audio is very good (bass vs. treble) & can make fairly decent adjustments with any kind of media based on your preferences.
