I was a little worried about ordering a pre-owned product but so far this computer does all that I need. I works great and have had no problems.

I bought it to use in the classroom! Great performance! Runs even better with Windows 10. The only problem I can see is how screen loose definition when tablet mode is on.

Basic but responsive laptop... touchscreen works great, excellent for students to do home work or for kids who want to play and get advantage of the tablet feature.

I bought the computer for my son who is in college. So far he is very pleased with it. The 2-in-1 feafure comes very handy.

The mouse pad does not respond all the time, have to try few times, so does the touch screen..

Buy this laptop in a promotion, although it had many negative comments about the wifi. From the first day you use it emitted a strange sound, I decided to take it to the warranty. And here comes the big problem, he had a hard drive failure, but rather than replace it, They kept the laptop and reinstated me my money. That is not bad, but the offer was very good, and I would have agreed even buy a HDD on my own. Anyway, lousy product failure from the outset.

At the beginning I think about buy or not, the HP laptop was a gift for my cousin, excellent option because very helpful and amazing really, thanks HP and thanks Best Buy.

Love the ability to use as laptop and a tablet. Light ,durable and inexpensive

I have never had a problem purchasing a refurbished computer, as long as it is actually refurbished. Received the machine in the mail and immediately upon turning it on was having issues during the startup. These were issue that would have been noticed if some one had bother to check the machine before "certifying" it was good to go. Returned it to my local Best Buy that evening.

Slow start up and many updates required. The features are great but the speed it operates in is just too slow

The Geek squad easily and quickly fixed a software upgrade issue. The computer works efficiently and effectively.

This laptop was used a total of 4 times, very briefly for homework assignments & it was trashed. Froze during an online exam! Wouldn't start up for hours! Never purchasing a refurbished ANYTHING again. Waste of money.
