Pretty Good

Comes with alot of useless apps so removing those will save space and frustration. Speed is good and only having 4gb of memory doesnt seem to be an issue even with multiple tabs open(I use firefox). Happy with Purchase

Fatal Error during 8.1 updates

But, there were 145 updates that had to be done to Windows 8.1 before I could upgrade to 10. It had a fatal error during the 8.1 updates and would no longer boot up. It was plenty fast for my use, but I had to return it do to the fatal error.

Laptop is scratched a lot due to the plastic inside the box. I am going to ask the return it.

cosmetic wear
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.probably worst purchase I made here, computer is nice the problem is for being refurbished it does have a lot faults in the usage of the previous owner. space bar is terrible, really sticky on the edge. I'm definitely returning it as soon as possible and I just got it today 9/16/2015. if best buy sells refurbished products make sure they are at least cleaned up or actually in good cosmetic condition.
