I had a budget that would not allow me to purchase a "new" computer tower. So I did extreme investigation in to a refurbished HP computer tower. My experience with Best Buy has always been very good and I knew that I would be able to rely on the Geek Squad reputation and the one year warranty to help me put this in my cart! I had many questions of Best Buy Geek Squad and an online chat that confirmed that I was making the Best decision. Shipping was paid and it arrived in a most timely manner. I believe that this computer tower is as good as new... Maybe even better as this has a warranty that a lot of manufacturers would not give!!!

This pc is a great budget pc but the cpu is soldered to the board. That is really bottlenecking performance. I would recommend getting a new motherboard and cpu because it has no pci express slots.

I was a little nervous purchasing a "refurbished" item but now that I have been using this PC for over a month now (trouble free) which included an upgrade to windows 10. I'm glad I made the purchase. I saved all of $150.00 buy not purchasing new. Saving money is always a good thing. I would purchase out of box or refurbished again.

Product works fine. No sign of physical or functional damage.

It's a good replacement computer at a more than affordable price. It was cheaper to buy this one than to have my old computer repaired. Because it is a Geek Squad certified refurbished machine, it came with a one-year warranty.

Great item. Works well! It provides everything I needed and was exactly what i was looking for.

No issues so far, functions as expected. decent speed, works well for a retail environment functioning as a stand alone Point of sale machine

not very satisified with product. internet explorer keeps hanging, not sure why, but not happy.

I was looking for a family computer for my son and daughter-in-law and this fit perfectly to help them share and save memories of them and my Granddaughter.

This is a great computer to use at the office. Quick and reliable.

This computer was purchase for my 13yr olds birthday. He needed a computer to complete his school work. With office 365 installed, wifi and easy setup he is revving to go, play Minecraft. ... Oh well, he's a honor student, let the summer began!

Good For small Work. Faster For internet. Good size

Some time its better to just buy a new one its was like buying a used car you just never know what you get .

The worst thing that I've ever bought, it's equivalent to ordering a adult toy then recieving it and it contains razor blades and nails sticking out of it. You'd be a freely chick or dude to buy this one

I won't buy the refurbished computer again. It has many problems.

Don't usually write reviews but this pc irritated me brand new right out of the box.... it misses letters while typing, freezes constantly, 6 months in this sh☆t box chrome has disappeared and the icon is nothing but a white paper with a bent corner missing link?? Where did it go? Just up and left.. internet explorer has never worked from day one... video playback is ok when it works correctly most of the time just lagy and blurred all i have used this pc for is my phone and gopro pictures, videos and to pay bills. It cant even handle what little use i ask of it. Be warned steer clear of this pc i bought it because it was cheap thought i had no need for a high dollar machine im barely going to use well now im paying the price cheap is cheap this pc is not dependable at all.

This desktop is so slow, my 10 years old laptop works 10 times faster. Takes forever to open pages on internet, not possible to watch movies. Even simplest tasks, like open pictures, or move them to USB stick, takes forever. I had to return it.

Very useful due to the wifi conectivity and the 1TB

Bought this machine as a second machine while replacing the video card on my other computer. Machine is ok for running MS Office but lacks the processing speed and RAM for any kind of real web browsing. Even Facebook and shopping on amazon.com are virtually impossible. Also not a fan of windows8 and all the junk these machines come loaded with. Strongly recommend you spend the money on something nicer.
