A: I recommend contacting Microsoft for information on Operating system 10 upgrade.
Q: Warranty ?
A: Geek Squad refurbished and one year warranty! In looking at even new computer towers at a much higher price I found that this guarantee was better as many new computer towers have a limited warranty.
Q: how can I make sure that a refurbish will be good?
A: I think you should give Best Buy / geek squad a chance. I have no regrets buying refurbished from them.
