    Computer had glitches right out of the box. Something in the software upload. I Tried to make contact with geek squad to see if there was a simple fix for the problems. Was transferred and disconnected several times. Finally with no luck being able to talk with someone, I returned it to my local store. Return was simple with no questions asked.

    This computer was a steal and great bargain at the price I paid. I'm not a Windows 10 fan but have gotten use to it for the price! No problems and very easy to set up and update.

    This PC arrived filled with spyware and malware. The wrong power cord/battery was shipped and I had to drive to a Best Buy store to swap for the correct part. Had to restore to factory default in order to wipe the hard drive.
