Battery can't charge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have sent it to repaired center twice in a month ,battery can't charge, once, sent a new battery, it doesn't work, then, a problem with the motherboard,.I spent about ten days to sent it to repaired center every time , a month passed, I can't return it. now. this laptop let me down,I won't buy the HP products any more.

A brick after two hours
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are always lemons - unfortunately I think the lemon here is the MS Operating System. I'll be returning this to BestBuy this week and I'll update this review after that experience. In the meantime a nice new (I bought new - not refurbished) PC is dead in the water.

Geek squad "certified" refurbished version

Took it back to a local geek squad outlet only to have them confirm it was not a bad power cord, it simply will not start up. So much for the battery of tests hey administer to heir refurbished products.
