I love it! Windows 8 does take some getting used to, but once you do, it's great. The touchscreen is nice to have with the OS, but as a huge stickler against dirty screens, I've found that you can easily navigate all the windows 8 features purely with the mouse pad.

Mine is in the Geek Squad repair shop AGAIN. Motherboard had to be replaced 3 months after purchase. It just stopped working. Then the new windows 8.1 update corrupted the whole system, and I had to wait almost a month to get it back from being refreshed, then restored, and whatever else they did to get it running again. They said it was ready about 2 weeks ago. Slow running. They failed to make sure that it was updated to "SURPRISE" the new windows 8.1 (which corrupted everything the last time).... So guess what!?! Windows 8.1 decided to update again and so here we go again.... This computer obviously is not designed to be upgraded. I am definitely disappointed with this laptop. I've probably only used it about 20 hours or so total in almost 2 years. A total waste of my money...

Its a heavy laptop...sucks cuz it is not easy to carry around. windows 8 is difficult to use.....forget everything you learned on previous windows software!!.. the concept is stupid! Hard to just go bk to pages or between files, very frusturating. Beats by Dre audio isnt great....basically didnt notice a difference from my older toshiba laptop...not worth it. how the heck is this sold for a higher price than my toshiba satellite when it Is Not Made with the dvd drive??!!!! Cant put in a dvd or cd to listen to or watch!!! Like an idiot i just assumed it was built in, but nope. I wanted to just pop in a dvd, go watch a movie with the kids but noooo....also I like burning music cds to listen to on my car but unfortunately cant with this garbage. Basically it was a total waste of money!! I just rather use our Galaxy Note 8.0 for internet surfing and games..its not heavy or confusing to use. Very convenient to carry around. We rarely use the laptop!!!! Bestbuys 15day return policy sucks!!!

I got a defective one at first. It went well for the first few days, and then suddenly couldn't start up. It said it had a major problem with the system. I asked my professor who majored in IT to help me, it went well for a while and then broke down again. Then I returned my product and changed another one. This time it went really well. Everything was just perfect. I love my laptop now. The touch screen is fancy. It is really a food choice if you can get a good one. So..... depends on your luck. =)

It was a good laptop for the price and it has intel i-5 but I too got a defected one. Mine said that a battery was not installed. Took it back and they couldn't fix it, told me to go choose a different one. Screen gets dirty fast with fingerprints.

I love this laptop, shame I will probably have to send it back due to the defect which (after hrs of searching) I've found is a common issue.
