The HP hearing pro self fitting are super comfortable to wear. They fot perfectly into my ears without any adjustments needing to be made. The are great with noise cancelation preventing me from having too much background noise. I love the fact that they have an app to use with them. This is very convenient and efficient while wearing them. I can control the volume, and the focus using the app very easily and quickly without having to take them out of my ears. They are lightweight making it feel like you have hardly anything in your ears. They are rechargeable which is great because i dont have to continuously change out batteries. They stay charged throughout the day and then at night i put them on the charger for a full battery the next morning when i wake up. I can revieve very clear calls and listen to music through them which is what i love the most! I love not having to take them out to answer the call. Overall these HP Hearing aids are super comfortable, great for hearing impaired, are clear without static and background noise, and can be easily adjusted to the level of loudness that you need.

Super easy setup. Paired with Bluetooth functionality first time without jumping through hoops. Application was easy to download from the Apple store. To turn on, take them out of the storage container. To turn them off put them back in the storage container. The app walks you through putting them in your ears correctly. Then it pairs with your phone. Next it goes through a hearing test for each ear. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you hear some voluminous noise almost like a concert starting and the results of your ear test are provided. Not surprisingly, I have some hearing loss. The app is sure easy. The “Home” page has an option for World Volume. If you set to “On” you can adjust the volume. This was so fantastic, after setting to on and not even half volume I could actually hear the words being spoken on the TV. No more closed captions! I also had the Focus on which helped with the spoken words on the TV. The package came with a little carrying bag, a brush to clean the ear tips and plenty of different sizes of ear tips.

They are quite large. The coupling to a cell phone was easy.
I wore them for five days and they worked fine ,but on the morning of the sixth day they stopped working . I couldn't even get them coupled even though they were charged.

I even had 2 replacements sent to me by the manufacturer each of those didn't work as well.
My original set stopped working after a couple weeks. It would not pair with the phone anymore. The replacement was broken out of the box, the right bud could not even play a sound. NO quality control apparently. They sent another replacement and it was broken exactly the same as 1st replacement set. No confidence that they know how to manufacturer a working product.

Inexpensive, but be cautious!

I purchased mine 18 months ago, and last week they quit working. They show a full charge, but will not turn on...yes, the seal in my ears is good. HP support indicated a response was coming within 48 hours. It has now been 4 days with no help from them. In the meantime, I can't hear!!! If you buy these at the current heavily discounted price, don't expect good support from HP.

I found the app to be very disappointing because the advertising led me to believe it was capable of much more. Considering this was an "over the counter" purchase without any assistance, I was unable to fine tune them and make necessary adaptations that a professional would have done or that a really good, thorough app could have accomplished.

This item may be just fine... but it did not work for me. When I tried to set it up I couldn't hear any of the tones to get it to work. It my be that it just doesn't work because my hearing is beyond it's capabilities. I returned it.

Poor BestBuy Service. The hearing aids stopped working. I asked Best Buy online support for warranty. They told me the device has 2 year warranty and they made an appointment for me to go to their shop. When I went to the shop nobody knew what to do with the appointment and they told me that they cannot do anything. Waste of time
