Evidently I had to purchase the ink plan at the time of the original purchase. The Best Buy staff I worked with didn't know this. The Best Buy web site didn't give me an error message stating that. I wasted several hours between the Best Buy web site, Geek Squad, the HP website and HP help line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
