    this service is great; it tells when the ink was low, and they automatically replace the ink without running out of ink

    What I mean is that I really don’t understand the purpose of it. I don’t get how it can help but maybe I haven’t really tried.but it was free so it doesn’t matter.

    We still don't know if it is set up HP and Best BUY seem to be at odds on whether we have it set up one says it exists, the other says it does not.

    I have not needed an ink refill yet, but I am looking forward to no longer having the problem of running out of ink and then not have any on hand.

    I am actually unsure if I am enrolled in this or not?!?! I had a little trouble setting up the printer and I think it affected this item?!?!
