Very pleased with this printer. It is faster and easier to set up than my old printer. The quality of the prints are as good as or slightly better too.

Overall, I think this purchase is “so far so good!” Initially it was printing at the speed that was suggested but it has seemed to significantly slowed down - maybe a user error, who knows? Regardless, I have to figure out why that is. Also, it uses a ton of ink… way more than I expected but that may be the case for all computers - it was just un expected. Considering all that, I think it’s fair to give it a 4 star rating. Happy with it but it’s not perfect.

So far, I love this printer. It was very easy to set up and it has what I need.

Fast color printing for small business. Connected right to PC HOWEVER the setup interface for everything else including scanning - just plain sucks!

So far so good. It is early though. Works and prints clearly, as described. Always had HP printers. The wireless connection can be inconsistent at times. Overall, great product.

The printer is great and is such a difference from my older HP printer. I am very glad I chose this printer. It is efficient and easy to use --with the help of the Total Tech staff of course!

This is an awesome printer scanner copier fax machine

I have had this printer for over a year. It was a great printer when it actually worked. Try and connect over wifi on a mesh network, that's not going to work. Try and use one of the HP print or support apps, that will confuse it. I have spent more time and energy trying to get this printer to work. It is an overpriced paperweight

This has been one of the best printers I have owned. The color print is awesome and it is fast and quiet.

It seems to operate ok with my biggest gripe being that whoever the genius engineer that decided how to set this up thought it was a good idea that when you have legal paper the tray doesn’t close all the way. It sticks out some 3 inches while staying open. I added a second tray on purpose for legal paper, that does the same thing. I know have a permanently open tray. Figure that one out.

This printer has been great so far!! No issues and had completed all tasks with ease.

Love it. Its a real work horse. Im in Real Estate and I scan and print hundreds of documents.

Just bought the printer about a month ago. Prints quickly, color is great, essy to use. Love the printer!!
