I bought 3 of these for our small office and they do a good job. The document handler on one of them doesn’t stay latched and another tends to pull too many pages at once sometimes. The other has worked perfectly though. The startup time can be slow and the ink is expensive (even though other printers are to).

Printer is good. It's easy to set up and prints well. Only issue I have which happened to all my printers in the past is that the document feeder will start creating a black line on my scans, but this is probably due to wear and tear over time.

Printer does just what I wanted it to do and works great.

The printer seems fine. However, when I tried several times to register it with HP they were suppose to send confirmation which never happened. Registering the product extends the warranty.

I can't stand the flashing power button. There is no way to disable it. And the plastic sheath HP uses for auto-scans could be improved.

I have a lot of problems with it not connecting to the internet. I even have problems when trying to print using Bluetooth.

I installed it without difficulties; works well, except occasional issues with the wireless connection (I receive and error message, that the connection with the PC is lost).

Great printer for the price. I like that it is a little lighter than some of the others and you can actually get the toner from Best Buy at the same time.

This definitely was a good printer for what I needed although now I wish I got the color version but no complaints here

Got tired of poor quality ink jet printers. Laser cartridge should last me a long time with the amount we print. Great quality prints plus the ability to scan and copy. Wireless function great too for phones and tablet printing.

Purchased a Brother printer, couldn’t even get it to stay connected to my network. Went with this HP, set up was a breeze and not to mention, printing is perfect. Perfect blacks, greys.

I was able to install it myself It works great It is wireless, is fast, double sided, makes great copier and fax I have not used the scanner it I love it

I have had mfp’s like this at work so I decided to get one for home. Great choice, fast printing and scanning.

Very good printer! No regret to buy it. All in one. Scan, copy and print 2 sides. Nice design!

I am subtracting one star as the first one kept erroring out on the wireless network. Second printer has had no problems. Was easy to set up and works really well.

Worked beautifully and easy to hook up. I did it myself without any problem.

This replaced my 8 year old HP lazer. Very happy with this purchase and using my Best Buy Points helped to reduce the amount due.

Good price for a laser printer, scanner, fax. So far so good, only own it for less than a month.
