    Can't get this LaserJet Pro to hook up to my WiFi

    I like the printer and it prints well, but I am unable to get it hooked up to my WiFi. It isn't recognized. I have tried to chat, called Geek squad and Best Buy. No good results. Only works plugged in with the USB plug.

    The wireless set up is not easy. It took a long time to setup and HP customer support was not helpful. Would not recommend this product.

    I bought this product in November of 2017 for a secondary small office printer. It is March 2019 and it won’t print, won’t connect to the two computers, and at this moment I fee like it’s a waste of money. There was no reason for it to just randomly be unavailable.. So now, I’m considering a bigger commercial printer that we don’t really need from a capacity stand point or the expense.

    The set up was very easy. I downloaded the drivers and software from www.hp.com/support/ljM403 for fast setup and wireless Apple printing for my Mac and iPhone.
