Staying with a dependable HP brand - replaced my color inkjet all in one for this color laser printer. Installation disk did not load, but easy to download what I needed from HP website. Works great, and a good supplement to my black & white laser printer.

I looked at reviews of this printer on numerous sites and decided on this one. It is a perfect replacment for my HP Color Laser Jet 1215. Images are sharp and colors are true. It also does something no color laser jet has been able to do that is reproduce color photographs from file images and on line item downloads. Overall for the price, features and dependability this is a great printer from HP. I ordered for store pick-up from Best Buy and the transaction was very seam less and professional.

i like being able to print from my iphone and wireless. color prints out fine. set up took longer than i thought it would be. i had to download some hp download manager to install.

Wanted a small laser for the office that would print color that was a NOT a multi-purpose machine. Have been very happy with it. Works great. Wasn't as easy to set up as others made me to believe but I eventually got it. The only problem I have is when printing a document through the self feeder on top. The paper does not seem to catch the first time I hit print and it prints from the tray. Almost always have to hit print a second time and then the paper catches from the top feeder. Liked it enough to buy one for home also. No problem with the self-feeder on top for it.

I bought this printer for the home office. The printer is bigger than expected. The print quality it good, but not amazing. Oh man can it crank out some pages quickly. I also attached a 16gb thumb drive to it so it can handle large files be sent to it.

ok, duplex printing means two sided printing. Not one side, open the tray, flip the printed paper over and print the back side. Sorry that is not duplex printing. I really dont print two sided often, but if the box says two sided, it should be automatic, not if you buy a add on. Printer is fast and color is fine, but come on........

Deployed out in remote office. It’s a good value but the toner seems to be higher than some of our other options. Easy to network and use. Happy with unit and would probably use again.

Easy to see and install, great performance over home Wifi network. Print quality great.

I was looking for a printer for my office that would produce nice quality at a decent price, this fit perfectly.

Easy to set up and operate. The manual could have explained rear pass through flat printing better. Great feature which should be touted. Installer should have detected the duplex feature on the dw model and activated it automatically.

Great printer for my light duty commercial customers

Purchased on sale and worth every dollar...crisp, colorful printing...and fast! Network setup is easy, but you should use the online setup guide vs. the small display screen on the printer. Overall, great printer - esp. if you can find on sale.

This printer is wonderful. The prints are great. You should make sure to use quality paper for the best results. I also bought it because it runs on my WiFi. Also if you have a memory stick, you can plug it into the back to improve performance.

HP didn't let me down this time with their color laserjet printer. My previous laserjet didn't like to print more than one document at a time, no problem or issues with this baby!

Overall, it's a good printer. My spouse ran into a few difficulties getting it to connect to our wi-fi system. At times it seems to want to only print one page instead of the entire range. The print quality is excellent.

This is an excellent printer. It prints fast and the color is very clear and brilliant. Would definitely recommend to others.

This printer is excelent for home or small office although toners are expensive they provide an excelent printing quality.

I would return it if it wasn't such a hassle. Whoever gave it positive reviews had very low expectations. Reasons for the Poor Review; 1) It's supposed to be able to print in black ink - but the black is more of a muddy gray. This results in mediocre-looking gray scale | B&W documents. 2) The wireless feature never worked. I spent 6 hours trying to make it work, following instructions, etc. And I'm a techie. I had to connect it using an Ethernet wire and now it's in a terrible location because of the wire length. 3) It does not print PHOTOS properly - too dark and not even close to being WYSIWYG. A cheap ink jet printer does a better job. This defeats the purpose of having a color laser printer. What a waste. 4) It sucks up toner like a hungry hiker stranded on a desert island
