I have never had so much trouble setting up a printer, making it work, getting it to scan properly, etc. Every time I fire it up to do a task, it takes more set up and configuration to do things that my previous printer did on the spot.
I wish I could return it. It basically doesn't work in any meaningful way that I need it to. Buyer beware.
Positives: it's pretty
Negatives: the UX is terrible, the HP Smart app is not helpful, the printer takes a cumbersome process to collate. It's generally terrible. Not worth the money.

I've had to call HP six times because this thing stopped working first the scanner wouldn't scan pages completely feeder would eat them and then it just stopped completely I had to stay on the phone for over three hours with them in order for them to get it fixed from HP. I was scanning pages they turned pink. I would not recommend this

This printer doesn't have a paper drawer. The front cover has to stay open at all times. Very poor design.

the first time i returned the product and received a replacement.
the second time, i just returned the product for a store credit.
i tried all of the "troubleshooting" techniques listed at the hewlett packard website and was unable to achieve the goal of having the product function properly.

Don't know what happened but the printer just wouldn't work well. We even called in a tech guy to look at it and his opinion was that we bought a lemon and should take it back.
HP's wireless system does not seem to work well. This is the 2nd HP printer that has given us fits lately.
