The printer was easy to set up on the network. My only issue is when the printer goes into "sleep" mode, the wifi connection gets dropped. We just have to turn off the printer to reconnect. A little annoying but we don't print too frequently to make much of a difference.

We have now had this printer for a few months and are so pleased not to have the driver/ink issues that so often plague inkjet printers. The only issue is that the wireless printing is not always easily accomplished - not sure if the issue is that the laptop sending the job is located too far from the printer (downstairs/upstairs), or if something happens when the printer goes into sleep mode, but my wife has had some issues with inconsistent availability of wireless printing. Other than that, no issues - scanning is fine, print quality is good, single-document feed works well... Content with this purchase.

The size is perfect and doesn't take up a lot of space. The clarity of the PDF document is professional. Easy set up.

Great multi function printer for the price. Easy setup, easy to use.

This is the fine printer/fax/scanner. Two items to note. This Machine does not have a USB port so that you can not scan directly to the jump driveI I have found this fearure convenient in the past and I do miss this feature. Secondly, the paper tray could be larger. I feel like I'm constantly refilling it… Other than that it was easy to say that and I am very happy with it.

was looking for a true fax machine with phone port. works for intended use. easy setup and use. simple operation for the not so techy staff. cory and print functons perform as well as one could expect for the price.

As home laser-jet printers go, this seems like a good product. This is a multi-function device, and so far it's good for FAXing, Printing and Copying. However I'm having a difficult time setting up the Scan function. HP's user manual for this device offers no guidance, and the HP set-up software is somewhat ambiguous in describing what inputs are needed. Its "Save and Test" function only reports "This test failed. Try again?" Useful hints about what the problem is and where to find the necessary information are not provided by the set-up program. Another thing. The device's GUI Touch Screen is, well touchy. It requires a carefully controlled touch to respond and entering text commands is error prone - lots of miss-interpreted key strokes. Finally, I've owned a number of HP products in the past and always felt they offered good value and performance for the money. I wish I could give a similar review for this multi-function device, but can't to that.

Only issue I had was not enough clear instructions to set up. There's a loose plastic piece & I'm not sure where it goes, looks like a paper guard, but doesn't seem to fit. However, the printer works without it. I think basic, simple ID of parts & installation will help those mechanically challenged.

I really liked the product appearance as well as the quality.But after some time it started acting little weird.It didn’t perform consistently for one or the other reason.I wasn’t able to print even after uninstall & reinstalling the software.Finally went to replace it and ended up buying a different model because they were out of stock for the same model.

I replace my Brother printer of 16 years, and was determined to only buy another Brother. I found this HP and liked all the features and price so decided to buy. I am glad I did as it has a sharp print, easy to use screen, and does all you can ask for scanning, printing, faxing and copying.

I like the quality of the printed material. The only flaw with this printer is the it goes offline quite a lot and it takes forever to get the settings back to printing again!

HP is starting to make the most compact laser printers, all-in-ones, that are really great and really at a low price. I bought this for a friend that didn't know diddly about any laser printers and since I bought it at a super low price from BestBuy, I added a warranty.

Bought this since my old printer broke down and has incredibly fast printing speeds. Setup was pretty simple, all you have to do is install the HP Smart App then connect your device thru the app and you are able to print. No problems so far.

Print quality and print speed are great. Overall ease of use is pretty user friendly. Set up was pretty basic, but we had some confusion between setting up for hard-wired network or wireless.

Easy setup and works with our iPhones and iPads and is hooked up to our Airport Extreme Wireless routher. The pictures do not show that the paper is on a fold-out tray on the front as they show it closed and the toner cartridge seems to have about 1200 pages, which for a small home office is ok. Our old HP laser jet was not wireless but we would get 3-5 years on a toner cartridge so this is not so bad. Be sure to select the same wireless network your printer is on when on your iPad or iPhone or you will not see it.

As a truck driver I need a printer on daily basis. Went through 8 different printers from different brands settled on this one. Overall I highly recommend this printer due to its ability to connect to your phone each end every time, even if tou go in and out of range all the time. Best and most reliable Wi-Fi direct connect. Other printers (Samsung, Brother, Canon) have a very bad iOS compatibility, I constantly had to reboot, manually wake up,or punch them. . This HP printer wakes up and connects like no other, I gave it only 4 stars because the ADF started jamming fisrt page (after 2 weeks of use), had this unit exchanged and same issue occurs on a new one too. I found a temporary solution, I hold the first page not to let it tilt to any side, and the rest of the pages come in without issues. App gets 4.4/5, it's missing a very important option which all other printers have - 2 in 1/ multi page print (on same page). Besides that, I got this printer at 60% discount and I am very satisfied.

I love the size of this copy print to your printer fax machine airless printing laser printer so wonderful size and it's everything it does is great still getting to know the product I will have to update on the review but it's very compact the size is great for everything that it does. Thank u n

We like that this machine can print and copy and fax. It is also saving us money by not having to purchase ink cartridges every other week.
