The best printer for the value. I am out on Disability and this All-in-One has really made my life easier as far has copying, scanning, faxing, etc... easy to setup abs to use!!! Thank you!!!

This printer was very easy to set up (especially for me) and I loved the size of it. Very small and compact....however I came in to buy a COLOR laser jet but the sales person sold me this one. I had to return it for another one. Not too convenient.

The instructions are very user friendly and the printer is easy to use, reliable, and produces quality products.

It's HP. so the printer works fine. It seems to lose its WiFi connection if it is not used for a day or two. Setup Instructions are meager. It is not very clear how to establish even a basic usage, but after the pain of learning, it mostly works just fine. the previous generation (127) was a better product and never lost WiFi connection. Certainly nne of the negatives were occasioned by Best Buy. I ordered it online and it was promptly delivered.

I have had this printer for several months. It was very easy to setup and works well with my pc, mac, iPad, and iPhone. I also use it to make copies and the fax was also easy to setup. My only complaint is the cost of the replacement toner cartridge. If you print very much, you will want to check on cost per page to see if it is a good fit for you.

Nice, easy to use printer, but had some print quality issues. Did not print documents as laid out on screen. I suppose it might be a font compatibility issue, but did not expect to have that problem.

We bought this as a replacement for an older laser printer and love it so far. Love that it does everything...print, copy, and fax. And it works so much faster than our old one. Love it's a laser, so no replacing messy, expensive ink which doesn't lasts as long as a toner cartridge. It will also print from your mobile device, though we haven't tried that. Set up was relatively easy. I'm not real computer literate and did it myself, unassisted.

Printer was east to install, copies, faxes, scans. It uses Toner and not the cart. that usually dry up whether or not you use them.

The machine is decent. Having trouble synchronizing the computer to the machine, especially with the fax. The screen on the machine is very small, and the numbers are made for miniature fingers. Hard to see the screen also. Overall, the machine is decent and works well.

This printer was easy to set up and install. I have it connected to 4 devices. I compared cost of ink cartridges before purchasing. It seemed to be the most cost efficient.

This device has been great. Setup was easy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because once we set it up, it lost the ability to scan from the device to a computer and we haven't been able to fix it yet. Hopefully an easy fix but it couldn't resolve the problem through any troubleshooting.
