Good printer

It took as a while, but it finally worked. After two weeks of purchase, price on Valentine's Day dropped to $249. So I sent an email to customer service that Friday for a price match, they replied to me Monday, and the price went back up to $299. Long story short, didn't get the price match! Not happy...

Had 2 delivered neither one worked

The printer was not available in store so we ordered it and it was delivered a few days later. After taking all of the packing material off and plugging it in I heard a grinding noise and the unit would not initialize. After speaking to the hp techs it was determined that it was broke. Best buy was able to overnight another one which had the same issues and Best buy could not reshot another one. I would not recommend this unit to people. Best buy was able to upgrade us but we were without a printer for 2 weeks.

Printing and copy quality is excellent and it is a convenient size to fit in my small home office. Very satisfied with it.

Very good, but not great
