Very happy with our purchase. We have a black and white laser in our office and I needed something with color to replace an old inkjet. We now use this printer exclusively and it works great.

By far the best laser printer that I've used. Quick printing, the option to print back & front, and easy to use scanner interface puts it head and shoulders above the printers I've used in the past.

This was perfect for a small office client I have who needed to be able to print 100 page documents. Affordable and prints fast.

Since I already had wifi on my cable network it was not a factor for my choice as the best part here was duplex printing at a better price with excellent printing that doesn't clog like inkjet.

Starts up Fast, prints fast, no jamming, great quality; good scanning; toner not too expensive. I unexpectedly did a large print job but it handled it like a champ

great printer that handles duplex with ease as well as has very color laser reproduction. Rather compact as well so doesn't take up too much space on the counter.

The MFP m477dn is an excellent all-in-one printer. Color is perfect for printing and copying. Scanning documents is easy. the only issue is the cartridges are expensive.

The printer has been trouble-free and easy to set up and use so far. Much better than the Epson that I replaced

Copier works well. Haven't tried the scanning yet. I like the quality and the speed of the machine.

Very happy with it so far. It does draw lots of power, though, so best to have it plugged in directly to a wall outlet vs a UPS.

Right printer for a small office or home office. Fast enough for these settings and offers all needed functionality.

Bought the M477 to replace an older Canon color MFP. Have been using it for a few weeks now and it works great. Comes with an easy to use scan utility that allows you to scan both sides of a document in a single pass through the feeder. Copy quality is excellent. My only wish is that it would have come with a 500 sheet paper tray instead of 250 sheets.
