    It was too difficult to setup. I was unsuccessful & when I called HP for help, they would only help if I paid for help. I returned the printer & got a Canon Color ImageCraft MF733Cdw which had great technical help for printer setup. I've had the Canon printer for one year & I love it.

    HP laserjets are always dependable. This unit perfectly satisfy the needs of one of our staff offices that has 10 users. PPM is decent on both colors and blacks. printouts are crisp and sharp.
