Delighted with this all in one laser printer scanner. The duplex feature supports printing on both sides without manual reloading. Impressed with how quietly it operates and is smaller than the HP that I retired.

Excellent print, copy and scan quality. Easy to set-up WiFi. Toner cartridges are a bit pricey. If you are looking for high quality documents it is worth it. When it is in power-saving mode it starts automatically when a document is queued to it which is a nice feature. In order to print duplex I had to configure the printer settings in Windows. I could not find this addressed anywhere in the HP literature so I had to hunt around a little before I found this to be the problem.

I got it about 2 weeks ago, and I like it. I really appreciate the AirPrint and Auto Double Side Print capabilities. It's fast and pretty quiet compared with the Canon or Brother brands. There's one thing I didn't like much which is seting up the "Scan to Email" function for HPePrint. It's not easy and simple att all, it takes a lot of steps including opening an account with HPePrint. I think they could've do a better job in that respect. I still couldn't figure it out yet and I think I will need to call HP support for some assistance. But I would totally recommend this product as far as printing for home or small business needs. It's fast, quiet, smart and it has very good color quality on copies and scans.

A VERY GOOD LASER MULTIFUNCTION PRINTER‼️

Print quality is excellent! Initial setup was smooth and trouble free. Fax function is extremely fast❗️In fact, the fastest I’ve seen. My only complaint, occasionally, when printing wirelessly, from an iPad, a printer error message will show up on the iPad. Sometimes it requires the print request to be repeated, sometimes the error message is an error. This is with a full signal via a wifi mesh network.

This is my first laser color printer purchase and so far it has been meeting my all my expectations. Just a residential printer doing very light jobs but I was tired of changing ink cartridges and always seem to fail when I am in a rush. My ink cartridges kept drying out since I used it infrequently so I decided to go for the laser printer to solve the problem. I had several issues with my previous HP inkjet Printer D110a and biggest annoyance was its wifi connection latching on to the network. So far this does not seem to have any problem with any of my iOS devices. Printing quality, speed, document feeder, duplex function all are great features moving from an inkjet. Obviously not ideal for printing high quality photo prints but more than adequate for your basic photos. I haven't used the fax, online printing features, bypass feeder. Its definitely big but it doesn't bother me. Giving it a four star because I can't seem to scan COLOR documents through my Acrobat CC but no issues with Preview. I am unclear if this is a HP problem/Acrobat issue in iOS. Overall this printer should serve me well for a long time.

The printer was relatively easy to install. My network computers found it immediately as a wireless printer. The Manual is not very explicit as how to make the settings. It required 2 Tech Support calls to get it to operate correctly with the settings I need.

We had a brother wifi color laser for a few years, but it was needed new toner and a drum. These parts would have cost about twice the price of a new printer...so we explored options of getting a wifi flatbed scanner. My son is a jazz trombonist and frequently needs to make rehearsal copies of sheet music that won't fit through a sheet feeder. This printer is efficient and fast while also being a very capable scanner. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice printer, easy to setup and has lots of features. Very quick to print and the quality is excellent. Replaced a 14 year old HP 2300d laser printer with this one. Only had for a couple months so we'll see but the other HP held up well over the years. HP - LaserJet Pro MFP m477fdw Wireless Color All-In-One Printer - White

This printer is working better than I could have ever imagined. It was easy to hook up. Print quality is excellent Start up time is short. I used office jets for years and this is much better. It stays connected to my network at all times. I can print from my iPhone, ipad, MAC computers, and Windows based computers. The sheet feeder works well for copying or scanning multiple pages. I would buy again.

Being experienced with professional print proofing systems ($6,000-$15,000 expected costs for our needs) we have always sought top quality wide format RIP systems for color accuracy and on the business side have used a black only laser for daily non-color or non-quality needs for years. On a whim, we bought this affordable laser CMYK duplex printing MFP and have so far been pleased with its overall ease and decent quality despite our knowledge that high quality like our RIP system would never be obtained with this $400 range printer or any laser or non-RIP inkjet. 10 years back $5,000 would have been needed for this standard of a CMYK laser printer. We recommend it for business or graphics usage if quick proofs or reports are needed. Of course in saying so we also are aware of the expected higher toner costs associated with laser toners x 4 required. Although $400 purchase price is nice, many home users may experience sticker shock when buying the extra capacity toners and hearing of $850 for overall replacement costs of 4 toners if buying HP toners — which might get users many copies before they run low on toners.

We really like our Hp Laser Printer. It's our first Laser one and it works really good. The All in One capability comes in very handy. It's fast and quiet, it has AirPrint, NFC, WiFi Direct and scan to Email functions. Auto Duplex it's a big plus too. So far so good We can recommend this for home or small business usage.

Have been a fan of HP laserjets since early 90's. They continues to inovate and impress. Fast, and prints are really good quality. I do a lot of scanning, UI is great and docutray handles double sided like a pro. Auto double sided prints also a big benefit, saves paper and space! Would buy again!

Easy to setup for computers running Windows 7 and 10. Print quality is really good. The only issue I have is the paper tray doesn't hold a lot of paper, so it seems like we are always having to refill it.

Got away from Hp printers about 8 yrs ago in lieu of the Samsung printers. It was time to replace the Samsung all in one printer which has been a true work horse for me. Found out that Samsung has sold off the printer division - that's when I decided to explore Hp because of the styling (white/gray) which goes with my new office décor. Reviewing what Hp all in one printers had to offer was far superior to the 6260 FW Samsung I replaced with the Hp 477fdw in print speed, duplexing and smaller foot print than Samsung as well as economy. I am elated with this Hp all in one printer. My only issue is the various models 477 fnw, fdw, and fdn - hard to discern which one has what features and will best suit my needs. It took awhile and a lengthy converstion with HP technical support to sort things out. Thank you Hp Technical - because the Sales associates at Best Buy were inept about the differences and could not articulate these differences. But we worked through this and they ordered the Hp printer that was right for me.
