We use these in satellite offices and they work very well. Easy to configure and update. We can update them remotely from our NOC and they are extremely reliable.

This is my first laser printer. I did a lot of research and printing sample pages from various printers and I have to say that HPs print quality is at the top. Print quality is crisp and the colors are vibrant. It's great as a small business printer. I live the auto duplex printing. I also got it on sale so the price point was affordable.

Great printer! Had to access HP product support website to work around AT&T Uverse Gateway. Easy directions and now it works great!

The duplex scanning is a real time saver that allows one to keep digital records instead of paper and it is fast, too. The duplex printing is a must have feature, because once you have the document scanned you might find necessary to print it out. The printer works with Apple AirPrint and does a nice job. Setup was a breeze.

Sometimes you need things that you don't like and this one has done a great job. It costs more and the toner is high but will last MUCH longer

Hooks up to the computers through the WiFi. Easy to install drivers/software. Great color printing. Has apps that let you print from your phone. Easy to use and lots of features.

Boy am I glad I switched to a color laser printer. I can print from my laptop or my phone wirelessly. I wouldn’t use this to print photos, but it does do the trick. Easy to set up, I totally recommend this printer. The only downside Is the length of the power cord. I had to purchase an extension cord you may need one too depending on your set up.

This all-in-one device (printer, fax, scanner, copier) is great. I first bought a previous model and realized that it did not automatically do double sided printing so I returned it and opted for this M477fdw model instead. It was very easy to set up. I still need to test the fax capability but I am sure that too will be working just fine.

This is a great printer. Easy to set up and prints great.

We replaced a much larger Toshiba copier/printer and so far are very pleased. It is much faster and quieter than the bigger copier. The one drawback is the toner will be more costly but it will still save us money versus the lease we were on for the Toshiba.

Great replacement for single user. Wish the tray would hold a whole ream of paper. If user does a lot of printing I wish I could add more Ram. FYI there is a tray available to allow a full ream of paper.

This copier is fast and easy to use. Had a little trouble with set up but called the toll free number included and was up and running in no time. I have to say I was very impressed with their customer support.
