I had to get another model since this is a double sided print & they don’t have it in stores. I received it & it came defective because it wouldn’t scan from the top part. Paper would get stuck. 3 stars because it was printing fine & quick

Out of the box this printer is the best I have ever used. Easy to setup and has more functions than I originally thought.

I am still learning how to use printer. As always, HP wants to control me and how I want to print, instead of allowing me to control the printer. HP products are far too intrusive. I do like this printer. After I learn how to take control of how I want to print, I believe it will be a great printer.

Took us awhile to set it up. Than works fine and printing look very clear.

After comparison shopping, this was the best price for an all-in-one. Great for home and small businesses.

Have been working with this printer for a few weeks now, overall seems like a good purchase. We use the scan to email feature a lot. My only worry is that the scanner seems somewhat flimsy and the sound the scanner makes when running seems odd. Works fine so far though.

I really like this printer especially the feature of printing back and front. Good purchase.

I replaced my 15 year old color laser jet printer since it was going to cost me the price of a new printer to replace all the toner. It was time. I really didn't want a MFP printer, but I'm so happy I went this route. I've already used the scan to network drive feature more than once and even had the opportunity to use the Fax (I know right, who does that anymore?). Definitely recommend.

Over all this is a great printer and handle all my printing copying faxing and scanning needs.
