It prints great quality color pages. It is fast and its wireless printing is so practical! Good scanner and copier. The only downside I can see is that it is extremely heavy. Overall great product!!!

Best printer I've owned yet. For home office, it is just right. Excellent print quality, simple and intuitive to use, fairly quiet. Clear directions and easily set up. Really like this printer.

good printer, easy to use, too big, price too high

This HP replaced a late model Epson inkjet with the tanks - had problems with the Epson plugging up (drying up) when not used every week and with their software. Our application is for a small office (PC with Windows 7, not networked at present time) where it may sit idle for a week or two and then get very heavy use for a day or two. This unit costs about the same as better inkjets but is easier to use, has a better display and more intuitive controls. You can leave it sit for a week or two and then it prints perfectly first try. Consumables will probably cost more than an inkjet but so far has been worth it for its reliable operation, speed and print quality.

Easy to set up. Prints quietly and quickly. The scan to email function is great. The fax system works great. The paper feed to scan and copy is excellent. Highly recommend this printer.

So far it has performed in every way needed to operate a small office. Its nice to have the option of color to add a touch of professionalism to the business. Setup was very easy and love the wireless, can print from all devices, phone, pads, computer, etc. anywhere in the office.

Great features for the price. Used in home office setting. Easy to set up, and prints come out relatively quickly and look good. Have not had this long enough to replace toner so would encourage potential buyers to also consider how often they print and cost of toner from a longer term perspective.

Kept going through color ink cartridges to get my work documents printed. Finally decided to invest in a LaserJet Pro all in one color printer. Got a good deal and my print jobs have never come out better. WiFi feature makes it so simple to send and receive remote print jobs.

Easy setup and intuitive screen menu. Versatile: print from computer or usb stick, scan to print or scan to usb stick. Very good quality machine at a very attractive price point.

Way more printing speed regardless if you are generating from a computer or simply copying. Clear duplicates and originals. Easy to interface for wireless operations. Wife loves it and the printer literally saves my wife hours when she generates her training documents.

This multi-function printer is one of the few I've ever owned that does everything well. It scans very quickly and the scanned images are very clear. The included scanning software is very stable and has a lot of useful pre-set options, but they're easy to edit if you like. The printing is fast and crisp. The paper handing on both the ADM and the printing side is excellent. There have been no jams so far. Envelope feeding works well. The fax is the best I've ever used. Network setup was an absolute breeze. Okay, granted, I'm a computer geek. But this one practically installed itself on my mixed Windows / Linux network. It was also found and configured automatically by my Android phone once I installed the HP printing app on the phone. I really have nothing bad to say about this machine. I absolutely recommend it for SoHo use. I can't say how well it would hold up in a heavy-volume office, but I doubt you could make a better choice for a small office or a home.

fast printing, I send my Faxes with no problem, easy to setup, and I able to scan to my email, print from my mobile devices with no problem. I recommend this item.

Picked this up for the home office and it’s a beauty! Does scans, faxes, copies, scans to email and is quiet and very easy to use and setup.

I wanted a plain paper printer. But when we saw the marked down price and all the bells and whistles we simply took the plunge. This model does it all and it’s build quality is very good. Set up was easy and we are satisfied. Six months same as cash clinched the deal.

I have the business-grade version of this printer for myself, so I bought this model for my parents. It easy to setup and get online. The unit itself is solid and well-made. The footprint is a little large, but totally worth it given the fact that toner cartridges will not dry out (like inkjet) and will last A LOT longer. Print-out is quick, the warm process is pretty quick for a color laser printer. If the unit is starting out cold, you have your first pages of your document within 10-20seconds. Less than that if you have been printing anytime recently (last few hours).

Machine was easy to set up and implement operation. Fast response time to first copy. Our HP7410 took so long to print first copy the new m477 was able to start and finish a 5 page print job before the old machine even started. Excellent color copies in short time.

Have been looking for a color laser printer to replace my ink jet. It won't produce quality photo prints but I got it for work and school for my kids. The printer is fast, quiet and prints excellent documents. It does not print double sided but it does print wirelessly. Have to choose - chose wirelessly for the family needs. I can always flip the paper around for the few times I print double sided. I originally purchased the canon color laser but it was very loud, slow and the print quality wasn't as good. Returned it and paid a little more for this one and very happy.

Looking to upgrade from the Office Jet series to color laser. This printer is the best of all worlds. Slightly larger footprint compared to the ink jets but the trade off is well worth it. Much faster with color, b&w, and quality is almost professional level. Dry immediately on all media used so far, smudging ink days seem to be over. All the fax, scan, print functionality with remote and wireless capabilities. So far haven’t had to replace the starter cartridges but volume is much higher between cartridge changes. No complaints!

Good printer. Good copies, prints quickly. It says it prints 2-sided, but it's a manual process (manual duplex). It prints the odd number pages, then you must you must feed the papers back in manually to print the even pages. Other than that, I like this printer.
