The best printer I have owned and easy to use but now I need a new one and this is no longer available. Does anyone know what printer is closest to this one I can get? Hurricane IDA took it out

Takes longer to remove the safety packing than it does to set up the printer, it is virtually a plug and play set up. Quality prints and copies and the scanning capabilities using the auto feeder or the flatbed make this printer very versatile. This printer is extremely user friendly.

The quality is greater, and the ink usage is down from our last printer -- both very important to us. We have yet to have a paper jam, which was also not uncommon with our last printer. We haven't used the copy or scan features much, but have been very happy with the results when we have.

Nice compact design, Overall build quality is good. Print quality is good. Can print to photo paper but not its strong point. Setup and usage instructions are poor. It comes with low volume starter ink which is annoying but for the price ($118) its a good overall vale.

All in all it's a well rounded item, but I think it's still a little pricey for the features.

Haven't actually un-boxed this as they are for a gift, will have to update more later.

This is the best HP we've owned so far. Great, easy to use features.

Would give it a 5 except for three things. 1) When using it via USB it says: The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer. My response choices are: Ignore or Eject. This was disconcerting at first but I learned to select "Ignore" and use it as desired. 2) When using it via USB it does not recognize the ink as Instant Ink. 3) When using HP photo paper and HP Photo Creations it does not always make good two-sided cards nor does it set borders correctly. I don't use this often but you'd think it would work better since these are all HP branded items. I wish AirPrint would offer more options but it prints fine and this is not why I bought it anyway.

This printer is grand. I love it and it works wonderfully.

I like this printer a lot. It is easy to set up and connect devices. It sometimes lights up and makes noises on its own. I assume these are software updates. My only complaint is that is doesn't come in a lighter color.

Printer works well but is a little noisy. It was easy to set up.The ink program that HP has seems like it will be very good. Have only had the printer a couple of weeks but am very satisfied.

We needed a wireless printer that would function with IPhones, IPad, and a laptop. This unit works fabulously. The instructions took some effort but we worked through it.

Lots of tech in one machine. You can use just about any wireless technology to print. Prints fast and with good quality.

The set up process was fast and the printing was amazing. Would recommend for any college student or for personal use.

I was able to set up and install this printer/fax/scanner very easily and quickly. Quality is good. Great item for price.

For the first time, I replaced the ink cartridges on the printer using HP products. My dissatisfaction is not over the nearly $100 cost of the extended life cartridges, instead it is with the unsolvable error message indicating that the cartridges have to be removed and reinstalled. Did that, also reset machine, also cleaned the contacts (would you believe HP recommends distilled water) all to no avail. Many complaints about this error message with no other solutions besides the ones I tried. I've also experienced ongoing error messages about the paper tray since the machine was new (as have others) but at least I could print. Printed some photos yesterday before I tried replacing the cartridges and they came out pretty lousy. Picking up my new Canon (a brand I had for years) this afternoon.

So far so good, easy set up, the app is great and love the feeder to scan multiple pages at once.

Would definitely recommend. Quiet and fast printing. Great printer for reasonable price.

This printer does everything I need. Quality is excellent and performance is fast.
