Love this printer. Especially it being wireless and does back and front printing

My printing needs are very minimal. The ink usually dries up before it runs out, so I didn't need a super fast printer. I also don't print pictures, so a printer with 5 or 6 colors wasn't necessary. This printer fits my needs perfectly.

This is a great printer when it works. For months I had no issues. Then after about 6 months, I had constant issues with the connection. It loses the connection with the device after about 5 minutes and then I have to do something to restore it - turn it off and on, reboot my laptop, or print a report regarding the wireless connection. If I did a lot of printing at home this would drive me nuts. I have visited all the support pages and tried to fix the issue. I've spent hours on end trying to find a fix. Nothing worked. And it is not a laptop problems. The printer loses the connection for all of my devices - two laptops, iphone, ipads. Mysteriously, it does the same thing when I attach an ethernet cable. I think maybe I got a lemon. Not sure I will buy hp next time. Might try another brand to see if I get better reliability.

The printer was easy to install via my iPhone; that's where the fun stopped. None of the HP wireless laptops or the IPAD's , MAC's or IPhones could connect. All were on the same wireless network. No online help from HP fixed the problem. I now have to pay our computer geek to come by and fix this. Only a Lenovo laptop was successful. Very unhappy customer.

So far so good but still don't know how to use that 100% not exactly technology experienced so it take some time to work with

Works very well and has all needed features for the home. HP makes good products and they're priced realistically.

My previous HP all in one printed nice looking photos. This printer outputs prints that are washed out. My camera is a professional Nikon and this printer DOES NOT do the photos justice.

This printer does front/back printing which is unusual for a printer this size. It gets the job done!

Great printer for the price. Less than other stores. Product had rebate when I purchased it.

bought it and got about eight copies out of it before it stopped working. unfortunately I made the eight copy after about three months and could get my money back or return it. It was an expensive eight copies.

Got this printer for my wife and she loves it......

I have had this printer now for 5 months and have been very patient but it jams every time I use it. I have tried 3 kinds of paper and it cannot print more than 1 page, anytime! It does seem to matter what you do. some of the time there is no jam, sometimes it hangs up at the roller feed wheels. It takes forever to pint anything. It also loses its recognition with about any device I use desk top, laptop, IPad, you name it. If its in sleep mode forget it! You have to turn it off and on again, every time. What a great use of your time! Half the time you have to load HP print doctor just to have the device recognize the printer. Another waste of time. On average if you want to print one page, doc, email, spreadsheet, etc it takes 5 min. If you want to print more than 3 pages plan on a half an hour... Forget about taking advantage of its wireless capabilities or remote access because it simply doesn't work. Buy something else unless you want to waste a lot of time.

It's a fair printer/copier, though it takes a long time and makes a lot of noise. It is EXTREMELY disappointing as a fax. It took me over an hour to send a 9 page fax completely. It wouldn't take all the pages at once, so I had to keep faxing, a few pages at a time. Worse, the number pad to enter the fax number is too small and difficult to use. My normal-sized fingers kept hitting the wrong numbers. It is very difficult to correct the numbers entered by mistake. The screen that shows the numbers entered, shows the numbers too small and faint for many people to see clearly. I wish HP would bring back the Officejet 4215. Simple and efficient, with real buttons that are easy to see, hit, and correct!

Good printer for home use. Great with wifi. The only issue I have is that it uses to much ink

I set this up yesterday with mobile app on my phone. It worked okay. A few minutes later it was disconnected from home wifi. Followed trouble-shooting directions (turn off, unplug router, etc.) No success. Tried the set up wizard which required putting in wifi password again. It worked okay. Then it disconnected again. It's going back today. Disappointing.

Only used it a few times for a year and it broke call the Hp To troubleshoot and they said it could not be fixed
