not bad, but leaves streaks

My only issue with it at this point is that it leaves streaks down the middle when printing. It has an option to "clean" the streaks, but even after doing so it still does it.

Great printer

Just went to the store and found this one -- but it is great -- I love the instant ink program -- it is wonderful. This printer uses a lot less ink than my old printer. Makes good copies and also scans great.

Prints easily from our Mac computers and our mobile devices (iPhone, iPad). We haven't received any additional printer ink yet, but like the concept of automatic ink shipping based on usage.

very comprehensive

Nice to have the FAX capabilities. Glad it is energy star. Some difficulty setting up FAX phone line, instructions were pretty confusing. Went back to GeekSquad re: triple splicer

All in One

Great except for Internet connection

It keeps saying it is the connection but my connection is working for everything else. If I can fix it then great. Other then that I love it and all it can do. Will keep you posted.

Issues at first but...

The issue wss the ink cartridges that came with it. After talking with customer service folks...I assume in India.... It was resolved. Now it is working great.

Great all in one printer.

I looked at several options before deciding to go to Best Buy. Someone immediately asked what I needed in a printer and then showed me the options they knew could meet my needs. I purchased the HP Officejet 5741, It was easy to set-up and connect to my wi-fi network. One feature I was surprised to find was the feature where it automatically tracks you printer cartridge usage and sens you refills automatically and ships it auto. This is the easiest all in-one printer I have ever used.

Set up is a little bit of a pain but doable.Not sure about the ink program so far, but you can take advantage of the original credit for ink that comes with the printer and buy cartriges later, if you don't like the program.
