I needed something that would scan, print, and copy. This one does it all and I can even print things from my phone. Looks great and doesn't take up much space. The option for color printing is also a great feature.

My old Computer died and I got a new Tower. Of course my old printer that I loved would not work with Win10. So I got this new one, its a nice printer and setting up the WI-FI was easy, it works great. The only thing I've noticed is the paper tray seems a little flimsy, but other than that the printer so far is great.

This was an easy printer to install and has many features for its price point. If you have a home office this will do everything for you including faxing (does anyone even fax anymore)?

This printer is everything you'll ever need for a basic home printer . Easy to set up and use, reliable and priced right! This is our families second one. The first lasted for close to 6 years!! Great buy!!

I love this printer, I have 2 kids one being in high school so it gets a lot of use. I love the fact that I can print rite off my phone when both computers are being used and I need a fast recipe printed out.

Considering all of the options for color ink jet printers that have multifunction capability in the $100 or less price range, this one was a great option. I trust HP and this was the middle option (there's one step less and one step more) and the difference was either on paper capacity or something else. The HP ink subscription program seemed attractive but read carefully as it's like a cell phone plan and when you go over your "pages" you end up paying more. It's not a a flat fee, pay as you go system so I stuck to just buying when I need. Overall the quality and speed is good. Can't speak to the scanning features yet as I rarely use the scanner however if you just need to print Office-type documents, this is great.

I have been looking for a printer where I can feed the paper. Every place I looked was expensive. I didn't need something big for my home business. This printer prints quietly and fast. It is also wireless!

Everything about this printer is easy to use. Checking ink levels, adding paper and scanning. Really like the fact that it automatically prints the second page on the back of the first page.

Old printer "died" (stopped printing with black ink). Geek Squad determined it to be non-repairable at the store -- best place for me because I was able to purchase a replacement right at that time -- no delays. Came up with the HP 6960 series which met my needs and offered quicker printing than the old one.

I had this product about 3 weeks. It's been used as a printer and scanner. The speed is about 1.5 the speed of my 4500 and the quality seems to be the same. I am not a techie so I had reservations about installing as a network computer, but I did. Now at least once a day, the printer goes off line and I have to go thru a process to get it connected. I've used 3 methods and I now use the process that takes the least amount of time. I don't know why this happens and there are no instructions to investigate to tell me how to stop the drop, so I just take t 2 - 3 minutes to bring it back. My fear is that one day it will drop and I will not be able to get it back. But don't forget, it can be installed as USB attached and it is a very good printer and scanner.

The printhead in my old printer started slowly dying and I needed a full-functioned printer to replace it. Based on reviews, this one definitely fit the bill. It has great capabilities at a great price.

I bought this recently and love it so far. It prints, scans and copies pretty fast. It's setup was fairly easy. I also enrolled in the instantink delivery and that also is a great deal. I have no regrets.

This HP Officejet Pro 6968 was easy to setup and use.
