Bought this Officejet printer to replace my 6 y/o Officejet. Setup was easy and reasonably quick (software and drivers always take a certain amount of time). Print quality and speed have been excellent. I have no complaints so far.

I bought this printer for college and a small business, it was easy to set up and easy to use. The ink cartridges that came with the printer are still working although I bought the XL cartridges to put in after they run out.

Love to be able to print wirelessly, but wish the printer wasn't always doing maintenance when I need to print. The printer says: "doing internal maintenance" atleast once or twice a week. Kind of a pain when I need to print something quickly.

Overall this has been a great printer. A couple of times we’ve had issues with remote printing but nothing not easily resolved. Quality is good. Haven’t paid much attention to ink cost because we signed up for the HP monthly plan.

Had difficulty with loading printer software to work with my IMac computer. Used Geek Squad and they were able to load drivers and software for AirPrint to work well. After it was set-up, printer works excellent after 2 days of geek squad help.

Great printer and super easy to set up and connect to wifi. I am totally not tech savvy and I was really worried but it was super easy. I couldn't tell you what I did but whatever it was, it worked. Easy to follow instructions.

Another in a long line of HP printers for me. Easy set up, functions well. I had to buy a new printer because after fairly light use, my previous one died of the well known head problem which was not fixable. I hope this one fares better,

Great all in one printer. This was so easy to set up it took care of itself. Which was great for me. Often setting up technology is full of bugs, this one was very simple plug it in and it takes care of itself.

This printer is a great buy. I would buy this style again.

My granddaughter needed a printer and we went to Best Buy!

I used hp6180 for several years until it died. This is far better than previous printer - software is much more user frirndly, two-page printing, print sped, etc. Best buy salesperson was very helpful in chpo sf ing the right model for us.

We have an HP Wireless printer and would not trade it for the world. My wife's son needed it for his business. What we like best about the printer is you can print from your smart phone and computer from anywhere you have WiFi.

Very happy with my new HP printer. My old printer was about 6 years old and I wanted to move it upstairs to both print and scan so we bought this new HP to replace it downstairs and have been happy with it so far.

It works great and I love that you can print from your phone on wifi. My only issue is that I still haven't figured out how to get it to NOT try to receive faxes when my phone rings. I only want to send but not receive faxes.

Purchased this printer after reading a ton of reviews. The set up was very easy - I am not a particularly high-tech person. Worked just as advertised. Happy overall. I don't think I could have found a better printer for the money.

I’ve had this printer for one year and it has been a great one. Very dependable without any issues/problems. Also love the Instant Ink program that I purchased with this. Convenient and cost-saving.

I've bought a couple printers in my life time and so far this is the best one I've ever had. I've been able to hook it to all my computers and even my phone. Because it's wireless I've been able to print from wherever I want.
