Excellent print quality for the price. The "good" rating for features is because there are a lot of features I won't be using. For someone else, they might rate features as excellent. The "good" rating for speed is because ink jet printers can't be very fast. Ink has to dry. For me, it prints fast enough. The best features that exceed my old printer is the WiFi, multible color cartridges, and it prints both sides of the paper automatically.

Overall, it's the right choice for my network environment where half of the household is home use, while the other half is for business. I could see this being used in a full office environment as well. Only issue I had was making it connect with older versions of windows and non-Windows computers. But even with that, a solution was provided and it works.

I needed a color printer for photo needs and wireless for convenience so I have a choice in where I can place my printer. Printing overall is good and I was able to place my printer about 30 feet away so it does not clutter my desk area.

I liked how easy it was to set up, connect to my modem and start using. The setup disk and the instructions were very clear.

As a color printer it can't be beat; I bought it for that reason as I didn't want or need an all-in-one printer/scanner.

A very good value on a pure price basis. However, installing as a personal printer in a networked environment has proven difficult, and is still unresolved. My IT folks have muttered less than pleasant comments around this issue

I have just installed this printer within the last week. So haven't used it much, but so far so good. Install, setting up on wireless network, was effortless.

I gave this wireless printer to my friends as a wedding gift. They love it and are using it constantly for both home and work projects.

This HP Printer is wireless and works with all my devices (Apple mobile devices and HP and Dell laptops) throughout my house. Great product!

not an all in one. I thought I had purchased an all in one. very upset when I discovered I had not. must have misread something. Will not connect to my Mac via blue tooth have to take my Mac to it, plug it up and then print. Overall, not pleased. but the print quality is very good. just does not meet my needs completely.

Price allows for small business to put a printer at each desk and these are some of the best All-in-ones!

I really have no complaints, I use it to print documents and that's what it does. it makes noise, it shakes, but hey...it prints!

it is a good printer for home work and kids, not a fast printer.

Had a HP Photosmart 8250 that I bought in 2005, before that I had gone thru various Brand Named printers in short order. I used my HP 8250 very often printing thousands of copies over the nine years I had it. Well the 8250 finally got tired and quit. I'm so far very happy with this new HP 8100. Much faster than the 8250, very quiet like the 8250..just hope it lasts as long.

Easy to set up, good printing. Love the eprinting. I can make a list on a mobile device & email it to the printer.
